With one exception did we have a great stay at this hotel. Easy to check-in, comfortable room, great food in their own restaurant, and convenient location of the hotel. We can really recommend this hotel despite the less impressive breakfast.

The breakfast buffé didn't have much to offer. We spent 30 minutes in the restaurant and a plate of assortment of cheese came out from the kitchen after 15 minutes, ham and salami came out by the time we left. The containers for scrambled egg and sausages were empty and so on.

The hotel is located in a lovely and quiet countryside village. The houses of the village and the hotel/restaurant themselves are pitoresque and beautifully mantained. The staff was welcoming and pet-friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathrooms could do with a little renovation. The breakfast could offer more vegan options.

The village is really nice and we received from the staff the very good advice to dine at the Fünf Schilling, a Biergarten nearby. The bedroom was perfectly clean and the bathroom was fully equiped.

1) Breakfast was average. when we arrived at 8:30 (we had confirmed the time the evening before) there was no more boiled eggs, no more Vollkornbrot. Everything we asked was kindly given, but there was this lasting impression of having leftovers. 2) The TV was not functionning. Maybe it was our fault, we did not know how to do it but in that case, it means that it was complicated and a leaflet would have been useful.

Very easy check in, with the key was waiting for me just to pick it up. The room was good, with basic furnishing, but everything worked perfectly and it was very clean.

I wouldn't know any points of improvement.

This hotel was exactly as we pictured it before travel. We stayed one night on the way to zurich. very good and generous breakfast . best value for money . very welcoming staff in the bar and restaurant . free parking in front and back.

Very helpful and nice staff. We felt very welcome. Arrived late in the evening but host gladly offered to have a meal in restaurant which was closing already. For kids staff left haribo candies on pillows very cute thing to do.
