The hotel and the food are up tovthe 5 star standard

The spa traitement are nice but the facilities missed some points for a 5 stars. The pool area was a loud because of it's metal consrruction. So moving water was loud in the pool area. The gym is mostly for boxing and there is no cold plunge or water for after sauna. I wouldn't go there just for the spa, you spend a day and it's enough. But the hotel is nice if you go out in the city.

Fantastic hotel with great spa, pool where you can actually really swim (and has a small outside part as well), saunas available to chill and relax, fantastic breakfast and dinner. Great luxury. Our room was also fantastic, on the ground floor. Possible also to jog alongside the water to Flensburg and back.

We liked everything. Prices are high but good value for the money.

Although we had a lovely suite with separate seating room, the only television in the room was in the bedroom so couldn't make the most of relaxing watching the TV other than sitting on the bed There was no kettle in the room, but after contacting reception one was sent up to the room

Gorgeous little hotel in Flensburg. We barely left! Very nice for a relaxing and romantic stay - beautifully fitted out room and excellent vibe happening in the lounge area. Staff were very kind and there are lots of nice little extra touches throughout. Spa and pool were super nice too.

This is a MUST GO! Property was really amazing! The stay was spectacular, rooms are very comfy, food is very delicious.

The gym could be upgraded. The loud reggae set as the lounge music at night doesn’t really match with the quality of the hotel.

Excellent staff, welcomed us with sparkling wine and all the needed information.

Neither me nor my partner had a good night sleep. Something with the bed that felt uncomfortable. Also make sure to order a table for dinner because there is nothing in the close walking distance.

The Breakfast had a large and comprehensive choice. Staff were knowledgeable and willing to help. Food was exceptional quality

Service was a little slow on Saturday night, took 1hr to get a soup starter and a main meal. We had to ask for more drinks and bread.

We liked absolutely everything. With kids almost 3 and almost 6 the Family Spa just the place to go. Breakfast was delicious but also huge variety of dishes where some of them are from the farm owned by the hotel. The staff was great and parking also very convenient. Location wise it also works well when on one hand you are in Flensburg with 5 min drive to city center and on other hand you are almost outside the city with access to the water as well. And we also received a free upgrade to a bigger room :)

Everything was great as we splurged for a night after a long day cycle touring. The roof pool, staff, and room quality were all excellent and hotel has great character. Fantastic breakfast. Great bicycle parking in the hotel too!

The “small” room we booked was still spacious and lovely, only had one design quirk of part of skylight/windows had no covering or shade, so we had to really improvise to block light.
