The self-service check-in was of absolute importance during our stay as we couldn't come earlier. Instructions were clear and accesses worked fine. The beds were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but nice, clean and we were satisfied. Also the heis was used to transport our luggage to the 3rd floor.

Not enough parking for everyone. Had to park in the street behind the hotel. No staff, only communication through chat. But – probably the best value in Flensburg, I think.

Large comfortable room with very tidy bathroom. Excellent bedding, mattress too soft for my personal liking but comfortable nonetheless. The breakfast spread was nicely balanced between Continental and English style. The room had a kettle for coffee/tea.

Access was impeded by municipal roadworks, but this was beyond the hotel's control. Next time will be plain sailing. Only one bedside table due to space constraints.

It was important to us that the hotel was clean, with a comfortable bed and a quick check-in. This hotel had it all. Plus, there is parking and breakfast, which I think is great.

Electric kettle, hairdryer and small frige in the room. The room was not so big, but enough for weekend stay. Free parking. I'll come again for sure.

Location was great, parking right behind the hotel so super easy to access. Staff were very friendly. The double rooms were a really good size and the bed was very comfortable. We brought a dog and there was a €15 extra charge but they were very accommodating.

Breakfast could have had a little more range to it. However, it opened at 6.30 and we got there at 8 so maybe there was more earlier.

We came down for breakfast at 09 and the serve breakfast until 09:30. There was no food left, the eggs were empty, there was no bread and limited items to put on your bread. I asked the waitress and she apologized that she was not prepared for this many patrons. She was very pleasant, went to the kitchen and found some slices of bread but with very limited selection. This was a disappointment because we had looked forward to a hotel breakfast. I would still visit this hotel again because of the rooms, and the friendliness of the waitress

Breakfast starts early, room was solid, nothing exeptional, but for sleep one night perfect. Backyard is closed, so is safe to leave motor inside.

There is nothing bad to say. If you are in transit, ok hotel. Maybe door codes are not for everybody, classic key would be fine

It was okay. Facility was old.

The location was really far from center. There were not a lot of choices for dinner nearby. No reception and no person in the hotel when I arrived and was a little creepy. The Wi-Fi did not work at first and I had to call the staff for Wi-Fi password and it worked eventually.

Already more than 10 years i choose this hotel as stop to our from Denmark. A good budget hotel, but it some more workover is needed, what they are doing gradually. They always have served a good breakfast buffet. Free parking.
