Sparkling clean, the bed linen clearly smelled like freshly boil-washed, was crisp and white, the window could be opened fully to air the room, the TV worked and the remote control was self-explaining, the beds were comfortable (although there was a slight dent in the centre of the mattress), the shower was fairly huge (the water either hot or almost cold, not warm...), The design is simple, modern and calm, serene artwork above the beds. My stay was calm, quiet and relaxing as it should be.

I didn't like that there seemed to be no way of getting inside before you mastered the check-in terminal which can be tricky. My credit card somehow did not work, my Maestro card luckily did, the terms "PIN" and "ID code" are used interchangeably so that I did not find it easy to understand which one would open the door... And when you had a tough long day with some challenges, the last thing you need is another challenge. In the morning (around 10am) the reception was deserted and I wanted to leave my registration with someone. Took some waiting before I could check out

It was not very clear how to check in if a staff member was not on duty. After a short wait a member of staff did arrive for me, but I can imagine it might be confusing if no one was there.

Quiet, air con, clean, nice view, close to centre

Call me stupid, but I couldn’t find reception, and had to call booking.com from my room. Most disappointed at the lack of directions for parking. Unless you come by bus/train, you’re going to need it!

The rooms are extremely clean and modern. There are really cool lights and so many options for how to light the room which I love. The method to get into the property is super nice and can do it yourself whenever with just a code. Great location, near everything.

Clean and centrally located.

The electronic system for checking in on-site is poorly explained and often does not work smoothly. People are often trying to get in and failing to do so because the system is confusing, explained poorly, and sometimes malfunctions.

The location is very good, near the main street of city, few meters ZOB-bus station. Rooms are clean and quit big. Very comfortable registration any time, you could come to hotel at night, just press your booking registration to the key, and you are getting code, which is your key.

Not comfortable room for two, because the shower is with the glass door and the sink (washstand) is in the room (strange).

Was really pleased with my recent stay! Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast! The location is perfect!

It is easy to check in ( at a machine ) . The room was clean, and the largest public Street with al the stores is 50 meter behind the hotel :) The toilet and Bath is 2 separate rooms
