The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and breakfast was excellent as well. The room itself was somewhat rundown, but impeccably cleaned.

Out of the control of the hotel, seagulls have made their nesting grounds on the roofs of buildings near the hotel making for a very loud experience. Since it was warm weather and the room doesn't come with air-conditioning we had to have the windows open making it difficult to sleep as the seagulls partied through the night.

Room needs a refurbisment, looks a little bit scruffy. There is no air-conditioning so it can be uncomfortable if it is hot weather (now it wasn't, so no problem to get enough fresh air by opening the windows). No fridge in the room. Quite ugly surroundings (including the hotel building itself) in otherwise very nice and beautiful city.

Good solid and convenient place to stay in Flensburg especially if reliant on public transport. Good breakfast.

Furniture and rooms are old-fashioned but the cleanliness , kindness and location compensate the old-fashioned.

Great location! The breakfast was very nice and so was the room. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Within a two minute walk from the bus station and next door to the major shopping centre yet extremely quiet.

It seemed like the heating was turned off in our room and there was no way to turn it on. At night the room was on the cold side.
