Made a last minute reservation of only half an hour before arrival late in the evening, but the friendly staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately kitchen staff already started cleaning the kitchen and therefor being closed. But regardless of that the chef prepared a nice and qualitative meal. The room was very nice and provided that best view ever! Breakfast was not extremely fancy but nevertheless of very high quality!

Clean rooms, nice view and very kind and polite personnel, dinner was yummy with good service.

There was an incident that gave be a bad taste. I went down to have breakfast 07:30am on a Saturday cause I had to check out early. I did not realise though that at weekends breakfast starts at 8:00am (probably I was told when I checked in previous day but I did not remember). While both the lady at the reception as well as another one from the kitchen were kind enough and very polite to offer me a coffee, suddenly a male person (probably the Owner or someone senior) appear with a very arrogant and not respectful tone talking me in German first and English afterwards that I should not be here cause it is early enough.. Very disappointing.

The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, but the personel is young, fresh and friendly. They really want you to have a good time. Their English is very good as well. Nice location; quiet, but close to the main roads. View over the sea is nice.

Wifi was poor. Restaurant rather expensive. Lightning in the room wasn't great. No free sockets next to the bed to plug in your charger. I had to unplug a lamp in order to charge the phone. I had also had to relocate the coffee maker in order to have it powered.

Conveniently located just outside of Flensburg. Picturesque setting by the water. Convenient, free parking across the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very high quality restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast. Note that on GPS systems the location comes up as Harrislee.

No negative features.

This hotel is a much better option to staying inside Flensburg and only 10 miles away. Away from the hustle and bustle. Stunning location, on the sea side, with a small marina. Few people, beautiful beach, walks, views, gardens, flowers and so much more. Located on a cul-de-sac, perfect for those who wish peace, beauty and silence. For all ages. Particularly young families with pre teen kids or over 50's... Uuuupppsss... Value for money: tops.

Amazing location of course with view on Flensburg Fjord. Great room, spacious and clean. Good bed and sheets. Bathroom with bath tub and shower. Big Windows with nice view. Breakfast food taste good.

The hallway down at the reception had a urine smell to it. Breakfast was not a lot to choose from.

Location was ideal which was outside of the main town a short drive away. The view was exceptional, looking over the beach - harbour Very tranquil

Breakfast was nice, but quite basic. There were missing juice or glasses for juice, bread or butter for bread or omelet etc. the waiters were constantly contacted by the guests about missing one or other

Very beautiful hotel and room 116 is just fabulous ! The staff is very friendly and service minded. Breakfast was very nice and even included salmon.
