Very well run hotel, everything is well designed, clean and in good state. Personnel are warm and friendly. One of the few hotels that have enough EV charging stations, and offer the option to reserve such parking. Very nice breakfast, good choice of food and well presented.

Car parking lots are quite narrow. Immediate neighborhood of the hotel is not that great, but the historic center of Goslar is just a short walk away.

Very clean rooms and the hotel in general was modern and very clean. Comfortable beds and the bathroom had lots of space. The breakfast was worldclass and the service level was very high. The location of the hotel is perfect. Perfect garage for our car and you can charge the electric car as well, even the garage is very clean. Just at perfect hotel and staff :)

Would have been grate if the hotel served diner :)or just sandwiches for late snacks.

The location, parking, the modern and very comfortable & spotlessly clean rooms (air-conditioning, beds, plenty of cupboards & space, our room had a balcony which was great for sitting out in the sun & overlooked the garden - room 407). The breakfast was superb - the best of the trip so far.

There is one very minor point but is why I reduced the “value for money” score - there was a bottle of sparkling water in the room when we arrived & it was replenished on 2 of the following 3 days we stayed. Lovely touch I thought, particularly as I had to take pills just before bed and it was nice to know there was fresh water there. On the last morning, my husband noticed there was a tag on the bottle with 5e50 on it & yes, on checkout we were charged for two bottles - apparently only the 1st one is complimentary. I thought this was a bit mean of them, after all we paid exactly the same rate for each of the 4 nights we stayed. You’d think they would give you a bottle for each night - I think should be seen as a loyalty bonus :-)

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking at the hotel was well organised with an allocated parking space so you always knew you would find a space. The gentleman who worked reception and the bar made outstanding cocktails which were very reasonably priced.

The room given to us was a great size. The breakfast area was large and had a good variety of foods. All of the staff were lovely!! They are very organized with check-in and parking assignments. There is a lovely seating area outside and inside the lobby. It was a terrific stay!

The entrance from the street is a tight corner for turning (mild imposition).

Excellent location! The property is brand new and offers a great breakfast.

As Americans were accustomed to year round climate control in hotels. Our room was a little stuffy at first but there is the option of opening a door or window, which over time vents the room out nicely during the fall and spring seasons.

The room had a comfortable bed. All the furniture was new and comfortable. The towels were white and clean. There was a free bottle of water for the first day. The view from the balcony was beautiful

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Everything was fresh and the staff refreshed the food all the time

Very spacious room, very clean, we had the mini apartment and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed The view from the room is gorgeous and the air conditioner works very well. Very close to the center and restaurants. Definitely reccomand.

Very nice hotel located close to the city centre. The room was nicely laid out and even though the train was running close to the hotel, there was nothing to hear. Breakfast was great and a very friendly and helpful staff in the reception

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They were happy to give us mugs of hot water to take up to our rooms for tea in the evening! Nice location, walkable to town, covered parking on site. Great breakfast!
