We loved the layout of the hotel, with rooms spread across several buildings. Our ground-floor room had direct access to a small rose garden and a few private parking spots right outside, which was both charming and convenient. The peaceful atmosphere in the garden was a real highlight. The room itself was spacious, with comfortable beds, and we appreciated the option to grab drinks from the shared fridges for a small fee. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hairdryer in the room was quite small and barely worked. Breakfast was good, but a bit on the simple side. We stayed during a very hot period in July and really missed having air conditioning. That said, I would still absolutely recommend this hotel to others—it’s a fantastic place!

Parking was easy because one could off load baggage at door and then move the car to the secure parking lot a block away. The room was suite size and comfortable. View was nice from the room and large balcony that extended over the public parking lot under shade trees. Breakfast was very good. Shower was modern and easy to use. Historical sites were within walking distance and so were several restaurants within two blocks of the hotel in the main square. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Interesting architecture all around. Old bastions especially impressive.

Very spacious and spotlessly clean appartement. Beds were comfortable and small kitchenette was very practical. We got a very friendly introduction to our room and surroundings by the receptionist, despite the fact that one family had to wait for their turn. Location of the hotel is in the center of the town surrounded by small streets filled with traditional architecture. We liked the peaceful and laid back atmosphere in the hotel and surroundings. Parking was well arranged just one street away.

The location was right near the heart of the old town, the breakfast was amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, and was able to be electronically adjusted. The room was very attractive with lots of thoughtful amenities such as a shoe-horn, fruit in the room and chocolates on the pillows. The room also had a small kitchenette which I did not use but might be helpful for some.

There really is nothing I could mention here. I really loved this hotel!

This hotel, if we understood correctly, is mainly a senior housing, with some apartments for hotel guests. When we first arrived, we had the correct address, but we could not find the hotel lobby as expected. After circling the property, we finally found a door opened, so we got in, and that’s where the reception was. Only then, it came to us that the door to the reception (for both the senior housing and the hotel) was usually closed, and everyone needed to be buzzed in. After checked in, the reception staff took us to an apartment in a building outside the hotel main building. The building was lovely with a small garden and elevator. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable and about 3 minutes walk to the market square, also within walking distance to all the attractions and train/bus station.

Though there was a kitchen in the apartment, there were no pots and pans, which we were supposed to borrow from the reception should the need arose. Since it was raining, we decided not be bothered with the borrowing. We had stayed at several apartments during our trip over one month, and this was the first time that the kitchen was not equipped with pots and pans.

We enjoyed our stay TREMENDOUSLY. The hotel is right at the edge of the pedestrian zone, so your parking is right there. The room was spotless, lovely, quiet, and well outfitted, for those who need a kitchen. Two bedrooms up in the loft, beautiful unfussy furnishings. Breakfast was fab! Staff was exceptional.

I liked everything! Just beware the pitch of the roof in bedrooms… a good bump of the head. could be in order. Didn’t happen, but we were hyper aware

Strangely uncomfortable bed pillows - large, but not easy to find a good sleeping position. We were disturbed in the night (3 am) by other guests arriving - mistook our room for theirs? Travelling with a dog that was not ok. When addressing it upon checkout, the staff were really not interested (well, what we do.. you know, the guests…)

Sitting at the top of the building overlooking the cobbled streets of Goslar, this apartment offered a peaceful haven only a stones throw from restaurants and cafés. Warm and welcoming with designated areas to the open-plan layout. Clean and comfortable with everything you could want for a short break. Goslar is a beautiful, unsung fairytale town which needs to be on more ‘must visit’ lists.

If I have to be picky; the pillows could be better. But that could just be me as I’m used to having two pillows (not the square variety).

Fantastic place! Great location, near to market place. Very nice and helpfull staf. Room vere, very comfortable and with a lot of space. Breakfast was tasty. Everything was perfect!! Beatyfull place for everyone. I hope we back there as soon as possible.

Excellent accommodation - spacious bedroom providing great nights sleep. The room was provided with all facilities you could expect - kettle, coffee maker, fridge , etc. The breakfast was genuinely wonderful - with plenty of choices. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would certainly use when visiting Goslar again.
