Perfect location, close to trains and buses as well as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Despite the central location, the place was calm and quiet. Clean rooms with air-condition. Comfortable beds as well as the sofa bed, all five of us were happy. Large bathroom with a lovely shower. The kitchen space was well equipped and even had a little washing machine. Last but not least - super friendly and attentive staff, we felt so well taken cared of! Free tea and coffee was available at the reception. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an apartment with two bedrooms, however the space felt a bit cramped - more like a hotel room than an apartment. The bedrooms didn’t have proper doors, but translucent sliding doors, that let both light and noise through. This became inconvenient since all of us (three adults and two kids 6 and 8 yrs) had to go to bed at the same time.

The apartment was very snazzy! The curtains and blinds came down with the touch of a button! The fact there were 2 bathrooms was excellent since we stayed in a group of 6 and this massively shortened the time getting ready each day. The property was very close to the main train station.

It felt a little small for 6 people as when the sofa bed was down it filled up most of the living space. There was a table for 4 people and small kitchenette with washing machine but, again, did feel not quite big enough for 6. Think it would have been perfect size for a group of 4. There seemed to be something wrong with 1 of the plug sockets that it didn’t work unless the light was on! The other plug sockets were fine though.

Room is clean and modern, with a full kitchen. Checked in via kiosk after 5pm, and easily to get the room keys.

We booked for 5 people, but the room was prepared for 4 (the sofa bed was not set). We were short for pillow, bed sheet and towel for 1 person. Reception was off work after 5pm, and the contact number I got for after hours auto replied with the reception number, which didn't help. The next day we learnt that we could get the extra stuff in the locker room. It would be great that information can be found earlier, since we only stay for 1 night.

Location of the place is amazing, check-in was very easy, fast and super friendly welcome by the receptionist.

We have coffee machines in the rooms, which are configure for a very tiny cup, we asked more capsules for two reasons, to fill a real cup and because we have to breakfast at 7am, we felt kind of judge when we did. Plus, the coffee must be ask to the person in reception so you have to wait until 9am to have breakfast, but if you ask in advance you are being judge?. The clean of the bathrooms and kitchen can improve, we found hair and dust in the toilet, and plates/cups/pots dirty. Plus, we wash some clothes and it happened that the filters were completely dirty, not clean in decades, which make my fav sweater become trash, I had to throw it. One lamp in the living room was not working.

A truly comfortable home away from home. The perfect base for both relaxing and exploring the city, with all the comforts of a fully equipped home. Having the ability to do laundry during my stay was a real bonus while traveling. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the central station and downtown, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The subway station is also conveniently close, making it easy to reach the harbor and other popular tourist spots in no time. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this very stylish city apartment, quite spacious and immaculately clean, freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. Perfect for sleeping with a large, super comfortable bed; so quiet with excellent soundproofing and blockout blind. We appreciated the coffee pod machine, microwave/oven, washer/dryer and the access to supplies of pods, tea bags, laundry tablets etc. The location is excellent - an easy short walk to the Hauptbahnhof and a great base for sightseeing walks around Altstadt, Neustadt, , the waterfront, the lakes, St Georg. Supermarket is quite close and dining options in the street or over in St Georg (multi-cultural restaurants in abundance). Overall, a superb place to stay in this cool & interesting city.

An exhaust fan is needed in the bathroom to help with steam. Just a minor issue.

Apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed.

Only issue was as we arrived after 5pm we had to check in using a machine which was to print our key, but this didn’t work. There was a phone to call if any issues but the line was very crackly and I couldn’t hear. I then had to call using my mobile and it was sorted as there was a spare key in the lock box. We later found out staff were aware the machine was broken so perhaps someone should have been on late till this was fixed, and have a sign saying this, and two keys in the lock box, as we were worried we couldn’t get in, and very conscious that night that if we lost that one key we would be locked out!

Location is amazing. Great amount of space for a family. Also, having a washing machine was very nice.

2 small things. We wish we would have had a broom or vacuum since there is no daily cleaning service. We were traveling with 3 young kids and it was hard to keep up with the crumbs. Also the paper doors to the bedrooms made it difficult to put down the baby and enjoy time to ourselves as light and sound travelled through the paper easily.

The apartment was fantastic, modern clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located, five minutes from the central station and minutes walk from everything you need. It was comfortable enough for three adults and we really enjoyed using the space. The staff were super friendly and helpful and available if needed. This place is so clean!

I don't know what else you could improve on really, We had everything we needed.

We found the apartment a good size for 4, easy check-in, sound insulation from the street was good, great black out blinds in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, nicely furnished and modern, convenient local parking for Eur10.50 a night, plenty of cafes nearby, a short walk to the Binnenalster and Hauptbahnhof Nord, great location for visiting Hamburg. We would definately stay here again.

The bed pillows looked a bit dirty beneath the pillow cases, as if they had been left on the floor by staff between pillow sheet changes? Actual pillow cases and bedding otherwise looked fresh and clean. We were only three days in the apartment, and it was otherwise perfect, so I didn't get around to complaining. But since I am being asked... that is definately something which should be looked into. Many thanks for an otherwise perfect stay.
