Very friendly stuff. Thanks to everyone in there for hospitality. Location was excellent. Even tho it was 10 min walk from Hauptbahnhof, the area was nice and clean. Space in the room. For three - four people it is very comfortable as the area on the two beds is separated by the door you basically get two rooms in one with a lot of space for all luggage and specious bathroom. Breakfast was really nice for such a small hotel. We had all we need and even more.

The closing system of the door with the key nowadays is not the most secure thing, but we didn’t have any feeling of not being safe neither we were afraid that our stuff will be stolen. Breakfast buffet deserves a little coffee machine and ToGo cups (which maybe were there but I haven’t noticed).

It is close to the Hbf Breakfast was good and is important. Staff was friendly.

There was nothing that was uncomfortable or disliked. We would stay there again when visiting Hamburg.

A good breakfast with sufficient choices was included and my single room was compact but pleasant. I enjoyed sunshine through windows you could have open.

Only German channels on TV available. Television with BBC news or CNN or other English language channels to keep up with news would be an improvement.

Close to rail station and town, very good breakfast, staff very helpfull.

There was more light coming in from around the door than the window !!, Some rooms look out onto a courtyard which echo's very badly when somebody puts out crates of bottles etc.

Excellent location. Close to railway station and centre of city yet in a quiet, safe area. 24 hr security Good breakfast available for a number of hours.

No kettle. Poorly lit room. If you need to read only sufficient light is in the bathroom!

Front desk communication was poor when checking and didn't provide a lot of help, nor did they want to. Tough area to park and again didn't get much help on the subject

Extremely good value for money. One of the cheapest options around, in close proximity to the central station and with generous buffet breakfast included in the price. Recommended.

The bathroom floor tiles were a little elevated and made noises when stepped upon. The room was on the 1st floor facing a pretty bright street lamp. Overall, 2 minor downsides that I could easily handle.

Interrail traveler here, for a low price u have a good bed, the location being close to the station and city is perfect and the breakfast is good enough for few days!

The shower, but it didn't really matter that much to me. Low price so wasn't expecting much aswell :) It's also a small room but why care if you're in the city for a whole day? :P

The property located in a best location near the centeral bahnhof and shopping centers and resturant and lake alster

The facilities of room was lowest for example not having an iron ,fridge,kettle.

Excellent location. very near the main station but on a quiet street. Lift available- useful for heavy cases. Able to regulate temperature in our room and quick to warm up when needed. Good breakfast and times of availability were excellent.

The rooms are quite small but that didn’t worry us unduly.
