A cosy hotel on a few minutes distance from the Harburg Rathaus S-bahn station, within walking distance of all the amenities in town so ideally located for city trips to Hamburg itself. Nice room, great shower! Lots of breakfast options. Overall good experience, and great choice for business travellers looking for no-nonsense accommodation.

The hotel is very close to the S-bahn station and easily reachable. It is a small, cosy, family ran hotel where I felt very pleasant and calm. It is also quiet and I could get a very nice rest in the evening. The breakfast is very good!

I liked everything. Just the street the hotel is in, is a bit dark at night.

Mr Bashkim war very friendly and gave lots of relevant information. The room was much bigger than I had expected and it was very clean as well. The location is very convenient with a metro station close by. Parking was also easy (paid but affordable).

People should be aware that there is a party hall nearby and might get a bit loud. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you are looking for an ultra quiet room take ear plugs.

Location and the staff.

The sheets when we checked in had a blood stain on it. Thankfully, they changed it the following day upon our request, but it was a god awful experience to see it and have to sleep in it for the first night since we checked into the room using their lockbox system!

Clean and tidy, the manager was friendly and welcoming :). 5 minutes walk to the train station & 10mins train to the city centre. There is 2 fitness gym walking distance, the closest one is for female only which is 2 minutes walk down the road, a lot of restaurants and shops around the area. Perfect place to chill and relax.

Hotel Jeta is a nice and cosy hotel, the room was modern and clean, with everything you'd expect. The man at the reception and serving breakfast was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet (typical German breakfast) was good value for money. There is a paid car park very close to the hotel and a subway station within a few minutes walking distance.

My room was close to the reception area, so you could overhear phone calls / conversation from the room. Only happened once though, and it was quiet at night.

Friendly reception staff. Room very clean and tidy, it was made up for my second night. Reasonable price for Hamburg area, which is very expensive. Double glazing effective.

All good. A fan/aircon pod would've been welcome. as it was quite warm.

The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location is really good as you have a train station very close to the hotel that can send you to the city center in about 20min.

Nice location, close to the S-bahn but not too central. Direct train to Congress Center Hamburg. This was a calm resting place for me while exploring Hamburg. Super friendly staff! :)
