They were really helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train but with closed windows we did not hear anything.

We needed to pay +15 euro extra for one extra bed, what was not a problem to us but they needed it in cash. We tried 3times to get cash somewhere but we were unsucessfull. At the end we got the chance to transfer the money. Just it was a bit embarrassing to solve cash problem for 15 euro.

Attached to the Main Street and bus stop. 15 minutes by walk to the train station, which goes directly to the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. No noise, good parking.

The room was very humid, if it was not ventilated it would grow moldy.

Good parking, quiet although located next to big street and train rails, close to supermarket. In my opinion definitely better than some reviews suggest although definitely rather a budget option.

As stated in the room description no hairdryer or anything like that. Still a nuisance.

We had a great experience. I just wish there was a microwave and kettle in addition to the fridge that was already there. So all was good and bed comfy. Really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently close to the bus.

Well connected with public transportation for travellers without a car. A good place to 'retreat' to. Clean atmosphre, pleasant design and friendly vibe.
