The organization of the stay was excellently arranged, and there were no issues in this regard at all. There are plenty of shops in the area, and the train connection to the city center is excellent. The room was completely quiet, facing the courtyard. The rooms are well soundproofed — no noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. All of this is a big plus.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, but we would have appreciated more pillows and a higher-quality mattress. In the kitchen, we missed items such as a toaster or a drip coffee maker, which are nowadays considered standard in an apartment with a kitchenette. The breakfasts were good, but for a longer stay — in our case, ten nights — it became difficult toward the end to keep eating the same thing every day. There was no bread, only two types of rolls, and no items like fried eggs or sausages.

The paternoster elevator: very cool. The lounge area is chilled out and wasn't busy any time I was in there. The kitchenette is well stocked with all the equipment you might need for a short stay. The check in/out process was straightforward. Very convenient for the railway station and the Phoenix centre. Excellent WiFi. Managed to check in at 11am long before the 3pm given.

Very little airflow in the room - found out on the way out there was potentially fans available to alleviate this. On the back of the building there's a lot of noise which the windows block out when shut, but then the airflow problem is back. Also probably a result of the structure of the building but the bathroom is ludicrously large in comparison to the rest of the room.

The whole building is incredible architecture (it was part of a factory years ago), our rooms' ceiling was around 4,5meters high! Lots of light, kitchen amenities good enough for medium term stays, very nice lounge/restaurant area.

Some issue with the automated check-in so we did a "traditional" check-in at the reception (on the 4th floor); arriving by car there are parking places in front of the hotel but always full, so had to unload further. Great and inexpensive 2€/day parking on the other side of the train station (300m away). A bit noisy on that side of the building, at least in summer time with the windows open.

Location is nice, far from the center but close to the station and in 20 min you are in the heart of dirty Hamburg. The rooms have al the basics you need and the common area is spacious and super welcoming, we chilled there many times. The building is an old administrative building for the industrial area around so it is just a treat to be in there and look out.

In the morning can be a bit noisy due to work and industry but closing the windows, if not too hot, does the trick ;)

The appartment is located right next to the Harburg train station in a Hamburg suburb. If you are travelling by train and are just looking for a relatively cheap one-night accomodation, this appartment is great. We found it quite spacious, clean, and with very comfy beds.

We arrived late (at 23:15 pm), and that left us with only a self check-in option where the instructions for encoding the key to our hotel-room were somewhat imprecise, especially so for someone who is very tired. We had to call for assistance, and the phone connection was poor, so we used over half an hour finding out how the encoding worked.

The hotel has a good location in Harburg close to the S-Bahn station, so it is easy to reach the main railway station or the city center also with public transportation. The room was clean with a modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. The view from our window was not really nice but we used the hotelroom only for sleeping so it did not disturb us.

I travelled with a friend of me (not partner) and we got only one blanket. I do not know why they believed that we are a couple as I did not state it anywhere. I like my friend but still we did not want to sleep under one blanket. Finally we solved it but it would be easier for everyone if you could provide 2 blankets as a default.

Paid a little extra for a room with a view and was glad to have done so. The "studio" is really small but has everything you need. The building itself is an aesthetic pleasure, and the paternoster lift a delightful extra.

The absence of any ground floor reception staff is a bit weird but the team at the 4th floor reception were lovely. The weekend we stayed, the SBahn wasn't running, which was a right pain, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.

The property as a whole was lovely. It location to the train station and shopping centre were perfect. It was also nice and quiet when I had my window open, as I was facing the rear of the building.

For me the mattress was the only part that let me down. It was like a brick. If the staff hadn’t have been able to give me more pillows to prop myself up with I don’t know how I would have slept. Oh this is more of a design suggestion. But having the shower head facing towards a shower curtain which was just wide and long enough for the space was a bit of an annoyance. This layout meant so much water sprayed across the floor while the curtain sucked into the shower. A door would have been better suited.

Perfect hotel, got everything inside the room, even a small kitchen. Location is amazing, very quiet yet opposite to the train station and could reach Hamburg centre in less than 20min. Checkin and checkout process was very modern and easy-peasy. There is also a walk in lift! Everything was really amazing, truly enjoyed our stay here, will definitely come back again whenever we are back in Hamburg!

The room was ideal and exactly what I wanted. The breakfast was good, and there were plenty of choices. Check-in was quick and friendly.

The room could have done with some air conditioning due to the high temperature. I was able to open both windows though.
