The appartment is located right next to the Harburg train station in a Hamburg suburb. If you are travelling by train and are just looking for a relatively cheap one-night accomodation, this appartment is great. We found it quite spacious, clean, and with very comfy beds.

We arrived late (at 23:15 pm), and that left us with only a self check-in option where the instructions for encoding the key to our hotel-room were somewhat imprecise, especially so for someone who is very tired. We had to call for assistance, and the phone connection was poor, so we used over half an hour finding out how the encoding worked.

The hotel has a good location in Harburg close to the S-Bahn station, so it is easy to reach the main railway station or the city center also with public transportation. The room was clean with a modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. The view from our window was not really nice but we used the hotelroom only for sleeping so it did not disturb us.

I travelled with a friend of me (not partner) and we got only one blanket. I do not know why they believed that we are a couple as I did not state it anywhere. I like my friend but still we did not want to sleep under one blanket. Finally we solved it but it would be easier for everyone if you could provide 2 blankets as a default.

The property as a whole was lovely. It location to the train station and shopping centre were perfect. It was also nice and quiet when I had my window open, as I was facing the rear of the building.

For me the mattress was the only part that let me down. It was like a brick. If the staff hadn’t have been able to give me more pillows to prop myself up with I don’t know how I would have slept. Oh this is more of a design suggestion. But having the shower head facing towards a shower curtain which was just wide and long enough for the space was a bit of an annoyance. This layout meant so much water sprayed across the floor while the curtain sucked into the shower. A door would have been better suited.

Paid a little extra for a room with a view and was glad to have done so. The "studio" is really small but has everything you need. The building itself is an aesthetic pleasure, and the paternoster lift a delightful extra.

The absence of any ground floor reception staff is a bit weird but the team at the 4th floor reception were lovely. The weekend we stayed, the SBahn wasn't running, which was a right pain, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.

Perfect hotel, got everything inside the room, even a small kitchen. Location is amazing, very quiet yet opposite to the train station and could reach Hamburg centre in less than 20min. Checkin and checkout process was very modern and easy-peasy. There is also a walk in lift! Everything was really amazing, truly enjoyed our stay here, will definitely come back again whenever we are back in Hamburg!

Nothing in short!

I asked the staff to change my room due to an accident I had when I checked in. They agreed instantly. The room was well insulated from the noise and cold. The desk was comfortable for working. The kitchenette was enough for cooking my meals. The windows are huge and allow for a lot of daylight inside. There's a shared lobby space for working. It's very nice. Over there you can meet new people. There is a Nintendo switch and boardgames in the lobby.

The building and the room were very nice. I really liked the co-working space where the breakfast was served. I would have wanted to stay there working but unfortunately I had to move on :)

I arrived very late on the evening to the location and it was very dark and poor lightning (in the are, not the location). I had difficulties finding the place, even though it was really near the railway station. There was also a big constructing site in front of the building and I have to search where to cross it in the dark...I also could not get the main door access code working but luckily someone let me in. I know my difficulties were mainly due to the late arrival and exhausted condition after the long travel day, but maybe something could be done with some of these problems I mentioned?

The hotel itself is great, room was clean and totally like on the photos. It was quite despite the building located right in front of the railway station. It is possible to check in at any time. Room has doily equipped kitchen. Also beautiful lounge with coffee and drinks.

Location is not in the best neighborhood, I wouldn’t go for a walk around, but the metro goes directly to the city center. No iron, shower curtain didn’t save from us flooding the bathroom.

Location excellent for public transport, restaurants and supermarket. Friendly helpful staff Great ambiance and facilities both on site and in room Also felt safe and secure Whilst I travelled for leisure this time, I would not hesitate to book here as a nomadic worker with my business.

Room got very hot and opening window at night was not an option because of proximity to train line. I think the industrial style of the building with exposed pipes contributed to this as the corridors were even hotter and our apartment faced South too. Also be advised that the food on offer is not produced on site. It comes from a local restaurant and is reheated in the microwave. We weren't bothered as we self catered. Other than that and a few small items that would have helped in the kitchenette this was a great place for our trip.

The location is superb, 2 minutes from the Harburg train station and lots of shops in the nearby mall. The room was comfortable and not at all noisy, despite being right next to the street. The paternoster is a great experience to try :) We also got a drink voucher for the two of us, which was redeemable for a beer or soft drink. Definitely a nice touch! I personally liked the self-check-in process, but it was weird to see that the reception is not at the entrance, but on the 4th floor. However, a card is necessary to get to the corridors towards the rooms, so we had no issues with the sense of security.

Our room was below the street's surface, and therefore quite poorly lit. The shower curtain was blocked by a section of the wall, therefore water got everywhere when showering. The windows had no (mosquito) netting, and a quite big spider crawled in when we were airing the room out - which is necessary, as the best we could tell, there was no central HVAC.
