We had a very nice stay. The room is very cosy, comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is close to the highway and public transport that will take you straight into the city center and the stadium. The staff was very friendly.

The elevator and the bathroom are both a little old but functional and clean.

Only tiny little niggle was struggled to park in carpark when returning in evening. This was mostly due to how other guests parked. Maybe Mark the bays to make best use of space.

Lovely little hotel, with a clean and cozy room, and helpful, friendly staff.

This is my second stay in Kleines and still happy with the place, I booked it in this site but unable to book the 2 nights when I arrived in the hotel they let me booked for another night and let me choose which room I wanted. The staff are very helpful even have a limited English but they try it so hard to explain things to you. The place is near the bus stop Bus 142 and near Heimfeld station with S Bahn.

A bit of improvement in the bathroom needed, it is clean but it flooded when you shower.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very quiet, in a calm location. It is close to the University.

There is no permanent check in (check in stops at 6 pm). You have to contact the hotel by phone and self-check (but that's no big deal honestly).

The hotel is a classic style building and it's very lovely. The spaces are welcoming and tastefully furnished. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is nice and welcoming, ready to help with any travel needs

The location of the hotel is great for work south of the Elbe. The hotel is quiet and has comfortable beds. The breakfast is comprehensive and caters for those who do not eat meat or dairy.

The car park could do with a bit more lighting. But that is a real nit picky point.
