All was ok, the rooms are big, clean, warm inside, quiet area. It was a good choice. When I come back cu Hamburg I will stay here again, with no regrets, the place is good!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking, which was a real "hunt". It says you have parking on place, but the place doesn't seem to have parking places as much as rooms. We arrived at 19 o'clock and had no parking lot. I asked the reception guy and he told me that I have to find a parking place on the streets. But finding parking in there is a real challenge! This is the only part I can complain! Everything else was more than ok!

I would say that room was quite comfy for short term stay, and considering the price unit of Hamburg, this was a quite good offer. They also providing a daily cleaning of the room.

It was not that close to the city center as was expected. Good thing is that there was a really good public transport connection to reach city center.

It's a great place in the heart of artistic Wilhelmsburg! A creative and cozy hotel with a comfy bed and a huge bathroom

As described, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, overall a good room. Easy to reach the station nearby by bus. You can get to Hamburg main train station in 20mins.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff was really friendly. The room concept is really nice :)

No elevator for kids push chair or so, as far as I have seen. No kettle in the room :( we saw one in the reception, but the reception is only available between 13-17 o'clock.

The hotel was nice, in a calm neighborhood, a bit far from the city center. I got "Dubai" room. It was warm, with big windows and soft bed. If you want to stay near Wilhelmsburg or Vettel area, it's totally recommended!

The heating towel rack and the hair dryer in the WC hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust. Also the stuff wasn't very fluent in English so the communication wasn't always good.

Nice and calm nebourhood, it was easy to find a parking spot infromt of the hotel. All the instructions was exact and easy to follow. The property was clean and the stuff was nice.

No airconditioning, it was a little bit hot, but we open the window and problem was solved.

The location is very convenient, just a couple of bus stops to get to the nearest S-Bahn station and then to the port or to the centre of town. Clean modern room, very warm, the staff is friendly. There is small but private parking next door, right over the corner. Basically, there is absolutely everything you need to for a short-term trip into the city.

I did not find any drawbacks.

It would be really if you could change the pillows. Unfortunately they were extremely uncomfortable.

We came in late, automated key fetching worked great and room was well prepared, same for early checkout. No direct contact to staff needed. Luckily there was also a free parking spot on the street around the corner.
