It was nice and comfortable

I don’t like the idea that I needed to ask them to change my comforter cover and bed cover even though my stay is for 11 days, (it should have been changed every 2-3 days) I have asked them and they told me they are changing it everyday but it is not, they are not changing everything on the bed(comforter covers) they just make up my bed and vacuum the floors and change bath towels, because the stain was still there on the bed so they did not change it.

The room was very spacious - I would say a junior suit! It was the best option for a family of three! The bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable and clean! The breakfast above the level of the hotel (5* breakfast) - but it is best you chose it with your room rate otherwise you will pay double the price offered by booking.

The neighbourhood it was located in was not the best but still reassuring, among all the emigrants no one would say a word or make you feel not safe! They claim the hotel is 2km from city center but it will take you forever if you want to walk toward the city center (no-direct connection). Never use a car while in Hamburg the city is under-construction and you’ll probably won’t find a parking lot (even if you find one it will be really expensive). The toilet needs to be refurbished (generally not in bad conditions but would still need to match the room)..

Free fruits, cookies, water at the entrance. Very comfortable bed, mattress, pillows and blankets! Very clean room and good isolated windows. Coffee, water for free in the room. Big and warm room and nice bathroom with giant mirror. Carpet in the whole room. Renovated rooms. Overall about the room top! I’d recommend for overnight visits.

Not enough parking space in the yard. Our car was too big for parking deck that costs 12€/night. Next parking lots behind Penny market. Not the best area that’s why cheap room prices I guess. A bit older hotel, not everything renewed (bathroom door and toilet sit needs to be replaced) Strange smell in the hallway. The hole under the room entrance door distracts in the night because you can see the hallway light. Expensive drinks in the hotel restaurant and food not recommended. These are small things compared to positive things and price. Warmly recommended when small things don’t disturb.

The staff were very helpful and service minded. Location was great and close to a trainn station. A grocery shop called Penny is right beside the hotel. They have a private parking and 3 handicap parking as well. The room we got was really big and cosy. There is a mini fridge and a welcome drink. Bed very comfortable. There is also a bathtab. Everything in thos hotel was just perfect.

The room was quite far from where we parked. We got a handicap parking, but had to unfortunately take a long walk through the corridors to get to our room. We didn't also had any view. Some rooms had a view to the beautiful hamburg harbour area.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, high-quality restaurant for dinner, reasonable price relative to quality, easy to reach by car, possibility to park our car in the garage at small extra fee

The neighborhood doesn't seem to be the best one of Hamburg, but that is not a problem if you are travelling by car and using the hotel as a stopover for one night

Staff was all very nice and helpful, it was always clean in both room and everywhere else. Good food both for breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner. Nice and quiet, good heat.

The outside area a bit forgotten, parking could be a problem if you want to park just outside. I think the pillows were too high and the bed too hard, though my husband loved the pillows and the bed ! Guess it's not easy to please everyone.

the rooms were quite big, clean and comfortable; the reception guide was super nice and helpful!

the waiter of the restaurant was super rude; first he got angry because I remove the placing Mat so my baby wouldn’t pull it, then I picked up after my baby (some fries on the floor) and I apologized for any further mess that I wasn’t seeing (there was none left) and he told me about the placing Mat and was rude; then when we payed we selected to pay on my local currency for my bank and he yelled at me that this didn’t work that he needed to be paid in euros and I explained him that the bank will pay him in euros but in my bank statement the conversion will appear automatically instead of coverting jt; he didn’t quite got it and started yelling at us.

Free parking, walking distance to 2 S-Bahn stations (10 mins), close to highway, Penny supermarket next door, good soundproofing, modern and clean room.

Coffee machine in room was not working properly, only dispense a little water each time. Confusing to drive to the hotel due to construction work.

Comfortable beds with good linen. Really great breakfast (17 euro). Good sound proof in the room. Very helpful and friendy hotel staff.

When you open the door to the room, the gap between the door and room's door was really small and it was not very comfortable to enter, but maybe not all rooms are like that. I find this hotel quite overpriced, because the same level of service it is possible to find in other big Germany's cities.

Very modern bathroom and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I don't know if it is normal in Germany or if this was pure from the hotel but I didn't liked i had to pay 150 euro deposit (which they returned during checkout) cause I saved this money for my holiday.
