The receptionist was really kind. The breakfast was great (eggs, different types of bread, coffe, juice, etc). The room was very comfortable. The location is great (just 10 minutes by Bus from the Haupbahnhof), and it is located in a residential area that means that is really quiet and you can sleep without external noises. Excellent WiFi. And the most important thing, you can feel safe in the hotel. You can see families, elder people coming by and the entrance is also really safe (nobody without the guest card can enter into the building after 8pm). The hotel is NOT luxurious, but is comfortable, clean, with comfortable rooms, well connected by car or public transport. Just 100 meters there are some good restaurants, a bar. Also, supermarket… I will go there without hesitation the next time I have to go to Hamburg. 10/10

If you are not expecting the golden "rocks", this hotel is a really nice place to stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the area around the the hotel quite and calm (no big traffic right under your windows). They also serve a really good continental breakfast - several options of ham, salami and cheese, scrambled eggs with bacon and oat porridge. Rooms are old, but in a good condition.

Cannot say anything bad, but probably rooms should be renovated a little.

The hotel is really good for the price. Very clean, the furniture and linen are new, it is in the very quiet part of the city, easy to reach the centre with bus or S-bahn. The breakfast is ok. After 6 p.m. the door is opened with the card, so I felt safe traveling with my kid.

There is no kettle in the room and no tea-coffee-drinks machine in the lobby. Since there are no shops or bars around, it would be great to have an option to buy some drinks and snacks in the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious even for the 3 of us, the matrasses were good to sleep the pillows were too soft for my liking but that's my personal opinion. The shower pressure was bliss. They accommodate us even before the check-in hour.

The only thing I missed in the room was a fridge.

it's not the hotel's fault but there is construction work on the bus route between the hotel and city centre, this can affect journey times. The hotel lift is tiny, not suitable if you dislike confined spaces.

Everything was excelent, the personal in reception were really nice and friendly The breakfast was amazing, but it would be nice to have some free lactose or vegan milks for people with different diets like me, other than that it was perfect

The hotel has no problems with late check-in, keys/card in an encrypted box. Rooms clean and sufficient. Breakfast, like most, is varied, fresh and filling.

There is no individual car park, you must leave your car in a public parking lot for which you have to pay.

We were in Hamburg to play in a concert and in the end arrived much later than expected but they made a late check-in so easy and stress-free (not like in other places!) and no extra charges at all! Thank you so much! The next morning we had missed breakfast but they let us get a takeaway coffee and have it in the dining room as my friend needed to do some work on his computer. They are just a lovely team of people! Thank you so much! And for me it was. DREAM come TRUE to have a bath in the room!

It was great... t's out of the centre of Hamburg but I knew that already! There is nothing not to like about this place, they were helpful and kind and if you don't want to be right in the centre then this is ideal.... we walked into the centre the next day...and it's 40 mins.... and in a taxi obviously much less!

Beds were comfortable and overall good value for the money

The rooms are clean and look like the pictures. There were clean towels, toiletries and complimentary water. There was nobody there after 8pm but the self service check-in was very easy :)

They never responded to any messages sent to them. Shortly after booking I emailed to ask if we could extend our stay by one day. Nobody ever got back to me and we ended up going somewhere else the second night. Also there isn’t any air conditioning in the room and they didn’t even provide a fan. In the middle of a very hot summer in Europe in a tiny room, the heat was excruciating! We had to open the windows and door just to get some air and the next morning while packing up I had to walk out of the room multiple times as I couldn’t handle the heat. Just a tiny little fan in the room would have been really appreciated 🙏🏽
