Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff who just couldn’t do enough for us, great quality food in the lovely, trendy restaurant, and spacious modern rooms which were stylishly decorated. Also received a fantastic upgrade offer from the hotel staff. Very enjoyable stay.

Perhaps a wee bit further out than would be ideal from the city centre and a bit of a walk from the nearest subway (Hammerbrook), lots of roadworks going on outside the hotel entrance and the surrounding area, but this is out with the hotel’s control.

Free minibar and good quality coffee, internet, beautiful lobby, mini designer shop that I bought a jacket and enjoy wearing it. We spent a lot of time in the lobby as in Xmas time restaurants were closed for a few days. It feels like a coffee/bar. Heating was not working in our room in the day we arrived but the personnel solved the problem quickly. It was a little far from city center yet we loved to walk despite the rain and cold. The designer touches and posters on the wall, we loved a lot.

Rooms are a little small. Bathrooms and toilets are in the room so there is no personal space for anyone. I don't prefer to shower in front of my 6 year old son. But it was ok for a few days.

Lovely room. Loved the free minibar. Bed was amazing and slept really well. Quiet and no disturbance, Staff really helpful when asked for directions.

Restaurant really expensive for evening meal which we considered after a long day of travelling Not a concern so much (as not intending to fall out) but surprised that window on floor 6 could open so far at such a great height and wondered over safety if small child in room or depressed person.

Clean & not worn out as quite many other locations in Hamburg

The drive to the hotel due to the road construction work. No pre-information about that before or during my reservation process. Only a message afterwards. Luckily my visit host mentioned about this challenge, so I was prepared. And only after this all I saw a message from the location. I was very close to cancel the stay and pick another onne

Location was really good. The style and decoration of the hotel was also great. Many choices in the breakfast buffet. A plus was the free use of the minibar.

A bit weird construction of the toilet/ shower. The room for 3 persons was ok but not spacious and there is place for mere thorough cleaning. I think also that the parking costs a lot.

I liked the interior of the room as well as the bath amenities. It would fit my needs more if there will be a work desk rather than a small round table to let me work more comfortably. The breakfast exceeded my expectation. There was a great varieties of bread, home-made yogurt and herbal tea. I liked that fact that it let me choose between boiled egg and scramble egg.

The round table inside the room was a bit small for work. (for me)

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The hotel is a walking distance from the center (about 20 minutes).

The parking. It's very small and one can only enter if there is space for it (which there isn't). Moreover it costs somewhere between 15-18 €/night.

Very spacious, modern rooms with the softest bath towels I experienced in over 15 years of business travel. Copious breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

The location is far from ideal, in one of the greyer part of Hamburg on a busy thoroughfare into the city centre. No restaurants or bars in the area to speak of. So you'll need the bus service into the center that's accross from the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, superb breakfast. Free drinks during the day. Had once dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff.

Location is ok, not far from the train station or city centre, but its rather office/industrial neighbourhood with lack of places to eat etc (however on a positive side it means its quiet in evenings, unlike in the hotel area around train station). Shower is basically in the room and its makes weird echo-noises when someone is in:-)

Hotel staff were quite supportive and friendly, good communication throughout. I stayed there for 2 nights, it is a slight walk to the city center but otherwise ok. Room is good and well equiped and generally all you ask you can find

The area itself is not bad but at night can be quite lonely/dark specially with the construction zones.
