The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to help. What worries me is that they were there for maany hours, day after day, which makes me wonder if they are paid enough/get enough rest time :S

It's not close to the city centre, but there is a bus stop nearby which will take you to the main train station in 15 minutes. The lower price compensates this :) Rooms are not refreshed until 3 nights in the hotel, supposedly under sustainability reasons. I understand (and support) not washing the towels or changing the bed sheets daily, but some quick cleaning before 3 nights would have been appreciated. The room was clean when we arrived.

Property was well located close to the train station and the Speicherstadt! We also had few bike stations. The room was nice and sufficient for our weekend trip. We had free tea and coffee in the nice spacious lobby which is also open in the evening for drinks.

There was not enough storage for our clothes. The cleaning staff couldn’t clean when they came on Saturday in the morning as we were still in the room but then they didn’t enter the neither later during the day.

Free tea and coffee in large reception/dining area 24 hrs a day. Great breakfast buffet. Plenty of coffee/drinks machines. Friendly breakfast staff. Room nice size. Cheerful decor. Sockets by bed great for charging phone at night. Easy to use good shower. On a good bus route..once we found the way.

Location a bit tricky to find at first. Very poor directions on website. Only 15 minutes from main station but roads dual carriage ways with few crossings. Check in process appalling. Long queues, over complex and unwelcome after tiring travel.

It was bright, clean and the staff were helpful. It had a big bathroom and comfy bed. Loved the funky colorful decor. The breakfast was overpriced for what we would expect so only are there one morning.

There were no toothpaste cups in the room, we had to request more toilet paper and towels on the third day. They only make up the rooms after 3 days and hubby wasn't a fan of that. It was a much further walk from the HBF and any restaurants than we expected. We arrived on a holiday and ended up ordering food in but the staff was very helpful doing that for us. There was a very strange young lady who sat in the dining area every night looking like she was waiting for someone, or leisurely eating but watching everyone. If she was security she wasn't' subtle.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hamburg Prize by Radisson. The hotel was excellent in every way, from the comfortable and well-appointed rooms to the delicious breakfast buffet. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by one of your staff members, Marvin. Marvin went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable experience. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Marvin for his exceptional service. I highly recommend the Hamburg Prize by Radisson to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hamburg. I would also like to commend Marvin for his outstanding service. He is a true asset to your team.

The room has a nice design and comfy beds. The hotel is close to the public transport and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the city center

The check in process is extremely inefficient and slow, the waiting time was at least 25-30 minutes and the queue was flowing even outside the lobby through the door into the street. I've later noticed they seem to have self check in machines, but nobody was using them because they're kinda isolated and hidden. Also it's impossible to know they exist until after you check in because of the huge queue and a lot of people (you can't see it through the crowd) My advice to the hotel is to advertise the self check-in better, put some stickers on the door, mention it in the email, or even better - invest into new technology and offer mobile check in.

A colorful, cheerful ambience competes with the super-friendly staff. We immediately felt at home. It's very easy to get here within 13 minutes from the main train station. The windows prevent any outside noise and the hotel itself was also very quiet. A very tasty breakfast then ensured a good start to the day and we experienced Hamburg intensively.

The staff were very friendly but understaffed in the bar in the evening. Unfortunately we waited a very long time before we could order anything. The barman was very friendly but overworked. A second person would have been an advantage here. But that's complaining on a high level.

The reception was again very friendly and check-in was super easy. Since we are only in the room to sleep, it is perfectly adequate. WLAN, TV, very clean bathroom, comfortable beds, air conditioning, everything there. The breakfast buffet is really great, there is everything your heart desires and is constantly replenished. Delicious and diverse coffee variations from an exclusive coffee machine for self-service and as much as you want. Also many types of tea. The friendly, modern, even futuristic ambience invites you to round off the day with a cool beer or wine in the evening. In short: a feel-good hotel where the price-performance ratio is right, very friendly staff and highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Short term stays great. Hotel good for many young people. Shut your window if you have railway station view to get a quieter sleep. I would you this Hotel again, on balance, at a similar price

I hated the online booking in system, it was so slow and not accurate for all passports, it had troubles recognising my Aust. passport number and what I registered was an incomplete number and so much time was wasted too book-in. I prefer to deal with a person at the reception as I don't know you computer system operations for date entry. I'm a kind of guy, here's my booking document (on cellphone also) and passport, can we go to the room now or not?

Excellent Breakfast Selection at Prize by Radisson, Hamburg City I recently stayed at Prize by Radisson, Hamburg City for a work trip, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit different dietary needs, including non-pork choices and plenty of hot and cold dishes. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and there was an array of fresh items that made the meal satisfying and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was consistently replenished, with items like croissants and other pastries available throughout the service. I especially appreciated the addition of cheese and other thoughtful selections, which added variety to the meal. As someone who stays in hotels monthly for work, I can confidently say this breakfast was one of the best I've had and a fantastic start to my day. Based on this experience, I would absolutely book here again.
