The location is quiet yet close to all the areas we wanted to go. It’s perfect if you’re seeing the Harry Potter show. Minibar was included during our stay which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you 😊

€29 for breakfast is a hefty sum! The fridge was really dirty. I wouldn’t have wanted to put any food in there.

Room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Lovely shower. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice and lots of local and bio/ organic options.

As is the trend it seems in new hotels, the window can't be opened and as the room was very warm, it was very hard to get it cool for the night. A/C will only get the temp down to about 19° C. It was also unclear how the display worked, we at least couldn't find any instructions. Another thing was that reception spoke very bad English, or German for that matter; and it would have been nice if they had mentioned there were maintenance works going on in the restaurant which made us have to wait for a table for breakfast as it was very busy on the weekend. Lastly, there are only three lifts for all of the hotel, and it took ages for one to arrive, which we found a bit strange.

We enjoyed our stay here. Big, modern and clean room and bathroom. Free minibar was a nice touch. Good bathroom door solution, no glass doors. Nice views from the bar on the 11th floor and good bar staff. Quite close to central station.

Elevators were slow to arrive. Our room telephone didn't work when we arrived, and wasn't fixed or replaced. Beds were quite hard. We forgot to hang the 'do not disturb' sign on our door the final night, and were woken up by house keeping knocking at 8.30 on our departure day.

Breakfast was wonderful - especially the omlette bar ! Many items to choose from. The rooms were very clean and staff were very nice - overall stay was very nice and thank you for having a 24/7 reception and late checkin option along with luggage storage day of check out - all these seemingly small things mean more for convenience than we realize !

Bad smell of sewer in the lobby and in the room ;( however seemed to be something i noticed at other places in Hamburg as well … Likewise was missing tissues in the bathroom and no english channels worked so couldnt watch the news

My stay at **HYPERION Hotel Hamburg** was exceptional! The room was clean and well-organized, with an incredibly comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect, close to major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to all my needs with a smile. I’m grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg!

Given that **HYPERION Hotel Hamburg** is a five-star hotel, I was expecting a few additional amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bathroom slippers, which were unfortunately missing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location is very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but a few small additions would make the experience even better.

Great service for a good price - super satisfied with good cleaning and nice touches like free minibar (with beer and beverages) and good continental breakfast (with smoothies and prosecco!) Coffee machine and bottled water in the room - always good to have Fairly good location, although takes some walking to the closest U- and S-bahn station

A little disappointed by breakfast fruits and vegetables - not of the best quality

Lovely view and spacious room in room 831. Breakfast buffet is really great with fresh vegetables and the possibility of having an omelet or fried egg. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is good.

Room had a bit dense air inside due to the fact that you couldn’t open the windows. On top of that cleaning service used some kind of perfumed detergent which was terrible. Hotel gives opportunity to use towels several days if hung in the bathroom. Unfortunate this eco-friendly behavior is only in writing as towels were changed every day even if we hung them.

Location, friendly reception team, Comfortable parking, tasty restaurant (breakfast very good and nice dinner), and nice bar.

I forgot to bring my toiletries case and expected to get an alternative solution at the hotel (even to pay for it if needed). Much to my regret, the reception team didn't have these amenities to assist with, and also when he said he will check with housekeeping and they will send it to my room, nothing arrived.

Excellent hotel at all regards. I never booked in Hyperion network but from now on I will prioritize it in my travels. Free minibar, free lounge with nice selection of meats, cheese and drinks, excellent breakfast and wonderful airy and bright room - you get a lot for the money you pay, and this adds up to a great service. It's only a brief walk to the Hamburg downtown though the road is quite busy out these. Don't forget to checkout the bar on the top floor - it has nice drinks and magnificent views!

Lack of electric chargers in the hotel parking garage left me confused. It's pretty much the first thing you wanna check after a long trip so would be nice to install a few ones.

Clean comfortable and easy distance from the central station. Good bus connections and HOHO bus starts at hotel 9am and 10am each day. Breakfast has extensive choice for variety of dietary requirements including vegan. Roof top bar is a must and serves bar food, as well as having wonderful views over the city. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Would be nice to have ground decaffeinated coffee available
