We were just passing trough this lovely town, and it is really stunning. The hotel itself is gorgeous, located in the centre, everything is so pretty and beautifully designed. Breakfast is one of the best we ever had, so tasty and homemade.

On the arrival, the doors were closed, we walked around and around the property, with no idea where to park, and how to enter. When finally, receptionist opened the door, checked us in, explained where to park, and told us that our key is at our room door (I guess there wasn’t a lot of check-ins, but that looked weird, since anyone could take it. There is no mini bar at the room, and we needed some medicine put in the fridge - but when I went down to the reception to ask for that, it was all locked, no one was there after 17h. Backdoor of the hotel was open the whole night, wich doesn’t look safe at all.

The new part of the hotel is really great. Loved the breakfast and staff.

We stayed in the old part and the rooms are a bit old fashioned. We were lacking a shower curtain and it was a bit hard to wash yourself without having water everywhere.

Very large and well equipped room in a historic and rustic building (lots of stone and wood). Very varied breakfast buffet. Great price!

Some very creaky floorboards, which may bother you or may just add to the charm.

The hotel was very nice and was in a great location for this overnight work trip.

A kettle in the room would have been nice to have.

The hotel has great central location. Check-in and out was easy and quick. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices! I found everything clean and nice. I appreciated the free wifi, that worked all areas of the hotel. Free parking was also a plus.

Nice hotel attached to bakery. Excellent breakfast and evening meal.

No separate shower, just hose in bath

Mostly the staff - excellent. Acted more like fellow travelers than staff. Great food.

Bathroom - slanted ceiling. Tub with handheld shower cord. No place to stand. Long walk and upstairs to room.

The staff was amazing and super friendly, which made our stay even better. The rooms where very clean and where decorated tastefully. Our beds where comfortable. Breakfast was simply great. 10/10 👌🏻

Breakfast is of the "brunch"-type , open as well to the public. It is extraordinarily good and, for that reason alone, I would have given a "10", if there wouldn't have been other pitfalls (such as a dysfunctional internet connection)
