It is a beautiful location with a lovely hotel. The road towards the hotel was already putting us in a relaxed mode. So much green! The hotel looks beautiful. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice, explained us where everything was and that we could still eat at a restaurant 150 meters down the road if we'd hurry (we arrived at 20.15, the restaurant kitchen closed at 20.30). The rooms were spacious, looked renewed, and we had a view on the garden. The beds were nice, the shower was great. Breakfast was also lovely, many choices. You could also eat breakfast outside if you wanted to. We stayed for just one night since we were travelling home from Croatia and were looking for a hotel halfway, near Passau. I'm sure we'll come again!

The whole hotel was commendable clean and it was obvious that this is maintained as a standard. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was superclean and it had a nice small window above, that could be open (this is not something spectacular, but I always prefer bathroom with window(s) and this one was providing nice light too). The staff was very forthcoming and pleasant and I even got some farewell coffe-to-go (for free). The parking is rather spacey, so, although we never parked twice at the same spot - it was always cozy and had free spaces (and we were there in the season). There are some extra parking spaces right across the street (10m away), which also belong to the hotel. I visited the breakfast area during breakfast and it was rather good with plenty of choices, some a'la carte menu was also available, like eggs and other breakfast stuff (I personally did not take breakfast there). In short, I found this place to be so nice that I came back twice. I will most likely come back again. It is not a high profile place, but the location, the pleasantness and above all, cleanliness, are the things that will bring me back here anytime.

Well, although the breakfast was obviously good, I found it to be a bit pricey at the time (12 EUR). This is not expensive in the terms of tourism in Bayern (Bavaria), but still... with the price like that - I can hardly recommend. I guess when you don't want to waste time, it's OK. The maid once forgot to lock our room after cleaning (not an issue, but should be reminded). None of these will keep me from coming back. ;)

A charming building, great room in the corner with a big balcony, superb breakfast on the terrace, dog-friendly place, EV chargers! What more to wish for :)
