It was actually very good in terms of facilities and breakfast. Staff were good when they were there. Location in the midst of the action and everything good ultimately.

It was difficult to check in as all the staff were busy in the restaurant and we had to wait some time. The room took as by surprise as it was without any curtains, bedspreads, carpets or any soft furnishings. The floor was tiled, so the bedroom looked like a bathroom. It wouldn't be difficult to add something. It had a huge echo, so every time we sneezed, it felt as if we were waking up the entire hotel.

The room was fairly simple, but exactly what we needed for what was more or less a transit stop after a river cruise. We arrived about 10 and were able to stash our baggage there until checkin was available later in the day. It was very close to plenty of eating places and about 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Nice self-service breakfast.

Its proximity to lots of eating places also meant that - because it was very hot - with the windows open there was a bit of street noise at night.

The staff were wonderful! The restaurant downstairs was good value and had nice meals. The location was central and handy to walk to everything in the town, and it was only a 10-minute walk from the main train station. It was also a similar distance to the main bus hub where we took a bus to Passau-Landau to take a boat cruise down the Danube River. Although it was a budget hotel (no bar fridge, kettle, etc), it was comfortable and very convenient for our one-night stay.

The room was big enough for four people, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in the center city and close to a big parking, so everything is in walking distance. A great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Everything was according to our expectations, so there is nothing we can add. The only minor inconvenience is that the hotel is not offering parking (which seems actually impossible considering that it is located in a pedestrian area). However, there is a parking near by where guests can leave their car for a fee.

We arrived early, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our bikes and other needs. He was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks! Hotel is in a great location within Passau.

Basic rooms, but just as described and clean.

We loved the location in the centre of the tourism area, close to the train station. We went on a walk to the crossroads of the river, enjoying the old town. The room was clean and suitable for staying with kids. The receptionists were all accommodating and friendly.

We did not have any issues. All is good.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it had great walk ability to Christmas markets and city center. The restaurant below was excellent for both breakfast and schnitzel

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the shower was a little small.

Breakfast was extra but good and convenient.Great location. They stored our luggage for us until we could get on our cruise boat. They were very helpful.

There is no elevator. They helped us take the bags up. If you have mobility issues it could be a problem.

Great location, comfortable room. With the fan it was just about cool enough. Friendly staff, allowed bike and luggage storage the following day

More hotels need to look at Aircon.

Great location for a night stop before starting the Danube bike tour. Public parking is available 100 m from the hotel. The city centre is a few steps away. Would reccomend for anyone looking for a night stop in this town.
