The building is right in front of the Hbf, but as long as the windows are closed, you hear absolutely nothing. Also very good soundproofing from the other rooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. The building has a laundry room in it (with pay). Price was good, and also generous little gifts will await you in the room.

Self check-in is easy, however, they ask you to upload not just your ID pic, but thier app takes live pic of you for face recognition. From this reason I would cancel my reservation in a heartbeat, but I was afraid they will charge me full price for canceling for this reason, so I gave in. - even if the room would be ready before time, you couldn't get in before check-in time (because of the automation of everything) and there no place you can leave your luggage if you arrive before.

The location was really good. It was near the main train station, and you could easily reach the city or use the bus near the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and it had a well-equipped kitchen. There was also some tea and coffee there to drink.

You had to leave your clothes in the closet without hanging them because there were no clothes hangers in it. Digital access was difficult. I could enter the building but couldn't enter the room after many tries to enter the code! In the end, it was resolved by calling them, and the person helped me enter the room.

The location at the Passau train station was perfect for my purposes. It took a moment to locate, but that could’ve been on me. The room was clean, modern and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The off site communication was very efficient

Signage… directions… in an apartment building on a different level, it took a moment dragging, a large suitcase, to find. Everything else far outweighed this inconvenience.

It was an excellent place to stay. The customer service and housekeeping staff were professional and very accommodating. The room and its modern furnishings were a delight. The kitchen was well-equipped and very easy to use.

Absolutely nothing major. The room was just a little too small for extended stays.

checking in was a bit difficult I had to ring the helpline to get the codes for the doors etc but in fairness they answered pretty quickly and I got a text straight away the finger pad on the door didn't give you much time to input a long 9 or 10 figure number took 3 attempts with my fat fingers on 2 separate occasions .

To open the main gate. You need some IQ to work on this as this is auto check in hotel. The room is not ready at 3 pm and I found my room is still tidying up when I arrive.

Apartment is located across the street from the railway station. Large room with a small balcony, kitchen facilities, and a nice batheroom. All very clean.

There is no service / concierge at all, you register online and receive a PIN to open the door. No vending machine for beverages -- at least I couldn't find one.

coming from a long train ride from Romania, it was so easy to use codes for front gate and room. The windows actually opened all the way up and we had a great cross breeze throughout, bed was super comfy and the apartment was very inviting. We will use lime home in the future as we are traveling quite a bit still.

The unit was clean and pleasant and fully equipped. It was very close to the train station!

The weather was warm and the windows had to be open. I was overlooking the bus stop. It was very noisy, often very early in the morning.

Great location across the street from the main train station. Walking distance to the heart of the peninsular with cafes, restaurants, and shops. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on our patio. Well equipped kitchen.

Some noise at night due to location but if you close the windows it's not a problem. Would prefer a firmer pillow.
