The hotel was a great choice for our short stay! Although the room was small, it was just right for the four of us for one day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. We also appreciated the underground garage, which was perfect for the winter season and reasonably priced at 7.5 EUR. The receptionist was not only kind and professional but also very welcoming, making our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. While the bed seemed very soft at first, it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a cozy and convenient stay with thoughtful amenities and excellent service!

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of downsides. Our room, 007 :), had a very weak Wi-Fi signal, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, while the bathroom was clean, it felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization. These small issues didn’t overshadow our experience, but they’re worth noting for improvement.

Really nice hotel and surroundings. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite spacious, different free toiletries. The bed was comfortable as well. Really good breakfast, many options, both savory and sweet, lots of drinks available as well. The hotel also offers a nice wellness area (no additional charges) and I guess it's not used that much.

A bit further from the city centre, but still doable even by foot. The price was quite high, but still one of the lowest in Passau at the time of my booking.

Proximity to autobahn, proximity to city centre (about 15 minutes walk), good sized room, good breakfast. There is paid parking available. Contrary to other comments, it is accessible if you're halfway able to drive a car. The only restriction would be if the car is a very low sports car as the path down to the parking is quite steep. Also there is probably a height restriction, so larger vehicles might not fit. Best to ring and check in advance.

The bed sheets were very loud (very minor).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Atrium in Passau and my experience was nothing short of delightful. One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly the presence of both a sauna and a jacuzzi, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of work.

However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the WiFi signal on the second floor was not very strong, which made it slightly inconvenient to stay connected. Additionally, while the absence of a restaurant didn't pose a significant issue given the numerous dining options nearby, it would have been a convenient amenity to have on-site. Overall, my experience at the hotel in Passau was highly positive, and I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

The room was great..everything very clean..receptionists (trainee and another female receptionist) were very nice and friendly. The morning male receptionist was not particularly friendly but ok..

Only 1 thing was that the scrambled eggs in the am were in the bain Marie and gone bit hard/dry on the outside and discoloured (flavour was ok). Sorry but I looove good scrambled eggs..sausages and the rest of the food was delicious..

We liked the easy and fast reception process. Parking garage was nice to have especially when weather is bad. Breakfast was great. Rooms were good, had everything we need. It was a pleasant stay, one night but that was all we needed for our long road-trip.

They deliver what is expected from this price range. Nothing is missing except the premium feeling, it's definitely not a bother for me and I don't loon for it. I wish they never change and stay this way and keep their prices as low as possible. The room we stayed was a bit too big in volume, heating was not really enough so we felt cold during our short stay. Also lighting was not great but not bad either. That's my only complaint.

The hotel is so charming, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super nice! The walk into Altstadt was easy and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a little warm at first, though it cooled off quickly. Also I’d get a cab to haul luggage from the train to the hotel as the walk is a little steep if you are dragging a bag along.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, located on the perfect spot to reach the city center. The staff is very nice and kind: we lost the room key while it was raining outside and this was fixed in a second without any problems or additional charges. It is possible to book a proper spa, with two kinds of sauna and a jacuzzi until 23 pm in the evening. Breakfast in the morning is really nice.

The room we had was a little bit cold, even if we adjusted the temperature. WiFi was not working a lot in our room, but it might have been the room position in the building (extreme left).
