I had a great stay at this apartment. Dorota, the host, was very easy to communicate with and always available when needed. The apartment's location was excellent, with a mini market nearby, making it very convenient. The space itself was quite large, giving us plenty of room to relax. They even provided thoughtful extras like coffee, marmalade, and cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and oil, along with dishwashing liquid, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, we really appreciated the flexibility with the late check-out.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The welcome and instruction message was provided in German, which made it a bit challenging. It would have been more convenient to receive it in English, as it's a more universal language. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been better. Although the apartment looked fresh overall, we noticed some dust on parts of the bed and a few areas that weren’t properly cleaned. With a bit more attention to detail, the experience would have been perfect.

Everything was great, it is nice, location is great. Room is comfortable, it has big bed. Bathroom is big and clean. Kitchen is also good, it has everything. It was short stay but nice, I would come back.

There was to much dust under the bed, Like it was not cleaned for a while. I sneezed because I am allergic.

Very good located apartment. Host is very helpfull and gives quick responses. They have regular cleaning services. Large rooms.

This was perfect. I am not kidding. Spacious, rustic and modern at the same time, perfect location, the most comfortable bed in the world and a huge bathroom. Wow.

Beautiful old building. Loved the washing machine in the unit. An air dryer would have helped us hang the washing.

This property advertised itself as an aparthotel. This is misleading and descriptive. It is entirely an apartment with NO hotel facilities. I will report this to Bookings.com.

Not an hotel as name suggests. Lack of preparation for our visit: handsoap empty; shower gel turned out to be hand gel; curtains very thin which lets in Street lights and sunlight at 5am; kitchen has no curtain with neighbour having view into bathroom; make sure you are very able bodied because a very steep walk to piazza

it is a great location, spacious and very tastefully furnished, great bathroom in room 1. warm and dry

the bed is pretty awful; the layers are not held together by anything so it just falls apart. the kitchen is missing basic stuff (like a bread knife); I think they have issues with servicing because the two rooms I booked took until day four of our six day stay to get any attention (rubbish removal, new towels) and the two rooms got different levels. not one thing is that bad (other than the bed) but just adds up

Located in city centre. Easy check in and check out. Well equipped.

The bedroom hasn’t blackouts. Room was not dark during the night.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. It was in a nice location and the apartment is lovely.

There were many issues with the booking. Firstly, the listed phone number was for a different hotel. I booked 2 hours before our arrival so I wanted to phone right away to make sure that everything would be ok and we’d be able to get in. I couldn’t get through to them and the check-in information was not included as part of the booking email, but thankfully it arrived about an hour later after several attempts to contact them. Next, parking was advertised as part of the booking. But after we booked we were told to park in a local parking garage which the next morning we had to pay €20 for. So parking was not included! To top it off there were no coffee filters for the machine so we couldn’t even start the day with coffee. When I wrote to the owners about these issues and asked for a partial refund (because the room was not inexpensive), they offered 10% off our next stay but with all of these issues we probably wouldn’t go there again.
