location, staff, comfort. We would consider to go back to this Hotel, it has a lot of positive points, but only if we travel without a car.

Unfortunately the Hotel has very limited parking possibilities. You could park inside a covered parking, but it has only 5 places. and two places in front of the Hotel. When you park outside, you have to leave before 10 a.m. (rules from the city of Passau). I was charged 5 euros to park outside. It is a good price, I m ok with it. During the day I parked at the Main Station., which is about 1.5 Km and costs 10 euros. Better to come to Passau without a car, but we needed the car for personal reasons. Also I found the internet connection awkwardly slow, could be it was the location of our room?

Google maps brought us to the "back door" rather than the main entrance...we did not realize it was the back door. We arrived at 7:30 PM and it was locked. We pressed the buzzer and did not get an answer. Finally we called the hotel and the clerk came down the stairs to let us in. I would suggest putting a sign on that door directing guests around the block to the main entrance. Once we got in it was a fabulous hotel

the location. it was very good. i liked the breakfast selection and it was delicious. the staff was nice.

the design. who made the interior design... barbaric... i know it's not the newest salon, but still. the interior designer wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer back then... but because of the price value this can be forgiven, it's just annoying why they let people like this work in the profession...

The room was huge with its own entrance hall and two windows overlooking the river. The location in the old town was excellent. Heating very efficient, spacious bathroom with tub. The hotel management provided a welcome drink. Tasty coffee also provided in the room.

Nothing important really, but the shower was a little awkward and had to be hand-held. I recommend the hotel should reposition it on the end wall of the bath. Also would have liked a bed blanket.

The hotel is in the center of the Old Town, located on a lovely street and it's also accessible from the riverside. It has a lift which is not common in these historical buildings and a place to leave your luggage if you arrive too early, like us. The rooms are rather small, but that's all you need for a short stay. The curtains are not blackout, so I recommend having your sleeping mask with you. Also, because our room was facing the Donau River, and there were many river cruises and docks nearby, it could get a little noisy when the ships were getting ready for departure. Other than that, everything is perfect. The beds are comfy, pillows as well. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best of all our hotels during this trip. The staff is very helpful and correct. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

I liked everything in this hotel.

We had a huge room with two queen beds and a couch, so definitely enough space for ourselves and our little dog. The whirlpool/sauna area was also noteworthy. The breakfast was rich and the cleaning staff was great.

the overall communication regarding the flooding of the parking garage was poor. There was no open communication about the garage being opened again on our 2nd day nor before that it would be closed (only after directly asking again and again). This could have been managed better as we asked already a week in advance. The personnel should have alternatives ready for their visitors.

The location is perfect, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes walking. Our room was facing to the Danube. The location was ideal with a dog too. Our room was spacious, we have never slept in such a huge bed before. 😃 The breakfast had wide range of food and they served lactose free milk on request. We had luck and we got a place for our car in the garage.

The hotel is beautifully located at the river bank and right in the centre of Passau (many restaurants close by). The room was specious and had everything we needed. I have to point out very comfy beds. Breakfast was very good too, many choices, also of local products.

This is a nice hotel in a perfect location between the river and city center. Nice staff. The welcome drink was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel has a lift and bar. Breakfast was very good. Limited parking on-site. Many nice restaurants nearby.

Our room was on the back side of the building. The street below seemed to get busy early. We should have used the earplugs we found on our pillows.

The hotel was great, the check-in person who greeted us was excellent, room was great,location also great,yes it's in the city however easy to find and get to, has its own typical bavarian beer Keller, and naturally the beer is great, its has sauna and whirlpool also great, and at the front entrance of the hotel you walk right out into city centre which is beautiful, so perfect location really,

Had to pay for parking, although this is plenty of parking nearby, I don't like leaving my motorbike outside, however once paid for parking it was safe and secure,
