Great location, very nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast seemed very expensive, and there were only 2 teabags in the room for two people staying three nights.

Location of the hotel was the best, front desk staff/bar staff were very helpful in the afternoon. They made drinks for us and we enjoyed talking to them as they were very helpful about the Christmas Markets, the town and navigating the shops. They gave me ice for my sore knee which was very nice and helpful. The same staff recommended a restaurant across the street which was in an old wine cellar. We ate there and had a nice dinner.

There was an older lady that wasn't very friendly in the morning at the front desk. I asked for late check out and she curtly said that was not possible. The bathroom was so small and whoever designed those showers must have been drunk. I am an average sized person and anyone larger wouldn't fit in that bathroom. Breakfast was subpar, things weren't refreshed very well or on a timely basis. I read reviews prior and asked for a room not above the bar. What I didn't know, is that bar is across the street from the hotel, not in the hotel. It is on the backside of the hotel and they party till all hours of the night. Make sure you specify which bar :)

Excellent, modern, and clean accommodation in the city center, right on the pedestrian zone. Parking garage just around the corner. Shops, cafés, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The room was spacious and modernly furnished.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service at the hotel bar. There was a general lack of interest in attending to guests who wanted to sit and relax. We had to repeatedly ask to place additional orders. The way a bottle of wine was served (simply placing it on the table for guests to open themselves) is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. It unnecessarily diminished the otherwise excellent experience of staying at the hotel.

We were delighted with the location, quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Already the first contact with the reception during car parking was top notch. Just being able to park like this right in the centre is one of the advantages of the hotel. The room was very spacious, everything absolutely clean (you can imagine a heart surgery there :-), the noiseless air conditioning heated according to the settings. Very quiet place, yet strategic in terms of distance to the historic part of the city. On our next visit to Passau we will certainly stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is perfectly located on the heart of the city with all the infrastructure and places to see around. The room was decently equipped accordingly to the hotel’s category, the breakfast was nice and totally worth a price of €17. Also underground parking for the same was super convenient.

The only negative thing was that a double bed was combined of 2 singles with a big gap between them and my husband had a really bad sleep because of that .

Breakfast excellent, a wide choice of everything from vegan products to a proper English breakfast, croissants, jams, musli etc. A/C in the room was very helpful, particularly when temperatures reach tropical hights. Location cannot be beaten- right at the beginning of a precinct and within walking distance from the train station. Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket at a stone’s throw from the hotel. Will definitely return when in Passau.

It is located exactly in the city center, was a nice stay even for one night and overall we really enjoyed it. Receptionists were friendly and calmed. The building itself was also really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, kettle with instant coffee and tee filters were provided as present too. The bed was also comfortable. Overall outstanding, especially at this price range.

There was no free parking place at the hotel's parking lot. Fortunately we could park on the street. That is why not 10/10.

Modern, upgraded hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Excellent heating / cooling. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. All electronics worked perfectly fine, no issues with onscreen hotel & other info on TV (this isn’t always the case in many hotels). Close to railway station (easy 7min walk) and old town / restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel.

Bathrooms that have walk-in showers are preferred. Showers over baths are dangerous.

Great location right in the city center, friedly service, good value for money, comfy bed, quiet room. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel, however, they were occupied, the guys at the reception suggested a few free (over the weekend) parkings close in the area and we parked there. We stayed only one night and everything was perfect!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly. Having them store the luggage after we checked out was no problem at all. Hardly any complaints.

The AC was a bit loud and hard to control. (It also couldn‘t be turned off completely. But it was pleasantly cool in the room, which is the main thing.) The shower doors were a bit impractical. It was also strange that there was no wardrobe.
