I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The studio was surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished. I was especially pleased that my dog was also warmly welcomed - something I'm not used to when staying in hotels. Breakfast was fresh and well-prepared. The hostess who served breakfast and greeted the guests was highly professional and impressively fast. She worked like a high-speed train and kept everything running smoothly. All in all, a pleasant experience in a welcoming and well-organized place to stay.

The dust in the room, especially on higher surfaces like the TV and lamps - it looked like those areas were missed during cleaning.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space and surfaces to put things down. Small cooker , microwave and kettle available. Bathroom large, fantastic bath, good shower. Location close to city centre for exploring

It was a little awkward checking in, because we got several messages all with different codes for the electronic key safe. Only the very final message gave the correct number, since no staff available. Severe warning of €50 charge for using emergency telephone number 🧐

Very large room and room was clean. Location is good, walking distance to the town and just few minutes walking to supermarket Edeka

- at first, there was no smell in toilet until we started using the toilet and it was very gross smell. My daughter couldn't wait to shower in the huge tub but when she smelled it, she didn't want to shower anymore. - plates were dirty, some of them. So please wash them well once again before using it - stove was in a usual size for apartment but the issue was the pan was provided only one and it was too huge for the stove. In the end i could only use one cooking heat space at time. Just didn't understand why they provided that huge pan for such a small stove and its clearly seen that its not fit.

We spend one night here every year because Passau is halfway to our destination. We really like this hotel because it is close to the centre. It has a car park, which is not overpriced. Dogs are allowed for a small fee too. We always get a spacious room and the small kitchen is very well equipped. The staff are friendly, if we meet them, as they are only available between 8 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Otherwise, there is self check-in.

The apt was excellent, large, very good quality fittings and furniture, large windows with 2 glass doors. The bathroom was amazing, huge with walk in shower, and modern bathtub. Altogether a wonderful 3 nights spent there.

The only negative was that due to illness, there was no possibility for breakfast at the Hotel, despite it being offered when booking. At the very least the Hotel should have informed guests in advance. It is also a long walk into the old part of town, and the boats, especially for older people, and the parking in the old town is very limited.

We were super happy about the location, little outside of the most crowded area but close enough to reach everything with a 10 minute walk. Huge plus is the electric car chargers and the private parking. The accommodation was very well equipped, very clean. We loved the huge bathroom and bathtub… We were 8 people (4 couples), all our rooms were up to the same standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. We had a great stay!

A few quirks but nothing to worry about.

Good location with parking available. Room is massive and fitted out to enable simple meals to be prepared if you wish. Comfy bed and excellent bathroom. We had a room facing the river. Really sunny. Love it! We book here twice a year.

Only one thing and its quite big if you cannot manage outside steps with a suitcase. Not sure quite how the German Building Regulations passed a design where you have to use steps from car park level to the lobby entrance level. Surely, that excludes people using a wheel chair. Nobody seems to be able to give an answer to this.

A stunning and spacious, modern apartment with a magnificent bathroom. A large fridge, toaster, cooktop and microwave completed the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet and the bed was really comfortable so we slept well each night. Perfectly located close to excellent cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket. Views of the castle from the huge bathtub were a bonus!

The room is spacious and well equipped. Great view from the bathroom. Helpful staff. Clean and enjoyable room. The breakfast was good. Location convenient. Parking very convenient and reasonably priced.

1) the quality of the bed sheet and the quilt did not match the standard of the rest of the room. The quilt cover was fine. 2) there was a slight whiff of toilet drain in the room. Only one of us detected it but it bothered me a little bit.

We always come here when we are stopping in Passau. Perfect place for stopover and for staying longer too. Family- and dog-friendly place with private parking and late check-in. Floor-heating is very good!

Stairs from the ground to the entrance are very high, so going with luggage and kid(s) and push-chair or with an elderly dog is a little bit inconvenient. A wider ramp would be better.
