Very pleasant place. The family is also keeping a restaurant there, so that you can get good beer and a dinner if you come in the evening. The menue is typical Bavarian and tasty. I was there in February and it was very quiet, for a good rest.

Breakfast is traditional, i.e. bread, butter, jam, cheese. You have to ask for eggs. No fruit, no vegetables, no cereals, no yoghurt. Room was clean, as well as a fully rennovated bath. However, the liquid soap machine in the shower was out of order. Pillows were too soft for my taste, but the bed was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Gasthof Hotel zur Post! The hotel is located in a truly beautiful area, which made our stopover on the way to the Netherlands even more enjoyable. We stayed for just one night with our two dogs, and everything was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to them for preparing a breakfast package for us the night before, since we had to check out early in the morning — such thoughtful service. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to everyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating stop.

Nice and comfortable place, with a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, with nice small terrace, and comfy spacious bathroom. Personnel is particularly nice. We are travelling with kitty, and that's why is important to us to have a pet friendly place, but this time we were so warmly welcomed. Also they have excellent weizen from the tap, from the local brewery. Really nice place, either you need just a brake from the long travelling, or staying longer.

This is a little gem in a fantastic location, right on the banks of the Danube and directly next to the bike path. The guesthouse is comfortable and clean, the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly, and as a bonus, the food is absolutely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's perfect.

The coffee at breakfast was so good. We were on a two week vacation with 9 different hotels and this was THE best coffee. Great location right by the river. The room had a nice size as well as the bathroom. It wasn't too hot either even without AC. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff which were so nice to us and our daughter. We got some goodies for our dog which was so friendly (never got that anywhere else before). Loved that.

Lovely setting on edge of Duna,plenty of parking space. Bed was comfortable. Nice room. Lovely modern bathroom.Breakfast was good with delicious jam. Plenty of choice. Our room was on third floor which gave beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay.

We were on the top floor with a lift which went up to the top but there didn’t appear to be a staircase down, there was a fire exit but it pointed up towards the roof?

The room was very clean and situated at the non-road-facing side of the hotel, which created a very quiet environment. The beds are good if you enjoy a firm mattress. The bathroom was very clean, even hidden spots. The extra dinner we had there was very good, the steak of the fitness plate extremely well done. The breakfast is of the non-waste type, the staff asks you if you want anything else than what is already at the table. Eggs, meat, cheese, jams, everything is provided. The coffee is very good. Kitchen closes at 20:00 this time of the year. If you book this place as a night stay during a 2-day travel it's good to know there are enough gas stations around to refuel. Prices € 0,40 - € 0,50 lower than on the highway.

I understand this was not done because of high energy prices, but a pre-heated room would have given this pension an even better review. It was just a bit chilly, and the heating wasn't capable of raising the temperature enough over dinner to make it feel comfy. During the night it went well.

The room was large with a nice balcony with Danube view. Quiet area and very welcoming hosts. Great homemade jam at breakfast. Good restaurant on the premises.

This was a great place to stay. I got a nice balcony with view to Donau. Very friendly people working there too and a great brekfast. Highly recommended!
