The staff is splendid!!! The food is delicious. And there are great pool options, warm or fresh water. Very clean. And many areas to relax. It was a great getaway

2 things were not great. One the fake rustic decoration of the hotel, for example the fireplace is just a light and sound, it's not real fire. The wood is fake so it has not the smell of the rustic style it seems. Second, I was "half" upset about the room, booked a suite and it was not as in the pictures at all. It was nice yes, but very different to what it is shown in Booking and I didn't like that. The sauna which was the reason I chose this option was just a light, it didn't make sauna at all. I was disappointed even when the room was nice.

The property, the pool/sauna area and the rooms are beautiful. wWe received a free upgrade for our room and the room was stunning. one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The food was also very good. Both my husband and I are vegan, the wonderful chef made extra dishes for us. we really appreciated that.

One person at the reception was rude and incompetent. Just one, however. The staff overall was nice.

- great breakfast buffet with a wide range of different foods, very competent and friendly personnel that fulfilled all my wishes quickly and with a smile, beautiful room with balcony with a very modern bathroom and separate toilette. - EV charging possible!

- 5€ delivery fee for room service was charged on my final bill. No one informed me beforehand about these extra costs. Knowing beforehand would have been nice - sauna infusions were missing

Excellent suite with bath tube and infra sauna in the room! Personnel proactively proposed one 4 bed suite instead of 3 smaller rooms which we originally ordered - GREAT IDEA! :) Spa facilities very pleasant. Breakfast just EXCELLENT! Recommend to everyone for relaxing experience.

Excellent hotel ! Very comfortable hotel rooms. The bed is large and comfortable. Good quality bed linen and bathrobes. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean. The pool and spa are beyond praise. Excellent food preparation in the restaurant. Rich selection of dishes . Well-groomed, green area. It was a pleasant surprise to change the hotel room to a suite . Thank you so much ❤️

Fabulous place

The wellness area and the restaurant are pleasant and recently updated. The property is really clean.

The rooms are missing a lot of things. There is no tea or coffee station in the room and the amenities in the bathroom are cheap. Slippers are not included in the stay and you get charged 5€ each for a pair, which is unacceptable for a wellness hotel in this category. The reception staff at check-in was not professional, they missed to tell us any information about the outlets and the facilities. Compared to other hotels in the category this hotel does not keep up with the standards.
