expensive parking in the hotel basement - 38€ ( from 5:30 pm to 11:30 am)

Fancy, tidy and clean, I enjoyed the rooftop bar and the location was excellent. Reliable wifi, elevators, a great shower w good pressure. The fridge was a great asset. Simple check in and check out procedure. Thank you :)

The hand basin drain was completely detached from the basin so when used it spluttered all over the floor and smelt very swampy. I let staff know and the technical crew were dispatched to fix it as soon as I let them know :) there was also an insane amount of construction noise starting very early in the morning (7am). I know it can’t be helped but 6 floors up I was so surprised to hear it so loudly!

The price and the apartments was clean.

That the communication I had through booking.com app (meesaging the staff) was not communicated further. So when we got to the property they hadn’t made the changes we asked for and that they had confirmed through the message-function in the booking.com app (signed with names representing the property) And a lot of confusion about the bookings. It was a problem to get a receipt as well after paying. But it worked out, but the staff was confusing and as a customer and guest I felt stupid and that I did wrong even though I didn’t

Really nice location, in center of the City. The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped. Also, as it is facing the internal courtyard it is quite quiet. I read the other reviews of the breakfast but it was fine for me. As for the location of the restaurant - top (literally :)) They are quite flexible with the check-out as there is the paid option to check out late so, for me this is a huge bonus. There is large underground parking nearby so who comes by car is "covered".

In case of the apartment, the doors that separate the larger room from the living are two sliding doors that provide zero sound proofing. This can be an issue sometimes. The fridge was not clean.

The location is great but it is hard to find the entrance and reception desk. And there is NO hotel parking for the check-in. This is a great hotel when traveling without a car. Right in the center of town and close to all the downtown attractions. The room was big enough with a kitchenette and a table for 4. we had two sleeping rooms. And the Edeka is right around the corner. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Parking garage was hard to find but once found, it was all well connected.

For car travelers: NO parking for check-in. It was hard and we drove around three times before finding a spot. Then it took some time to find the entrance to the hotel. The reception desk is on the 5th or 6th floor. And finding the parking garage connected to the hotel was a challenge as well. Maybe one could tell the customers before arrival.

Location was very convenient, close to both leipzig city centre and main station. Rooms are spacious, kitchen well equipped. Staffs were helpful too. There is also a rooftop bar within the hotel.

There are some rooms that are not step-free access, so we had to lift our luggages and stroller to get to our room. It's not a big deal if you don't have much luggages, but probably better to request for room that are accessible without the steps if you are travelling with children/elderly. Parking was not included, but fortunately we managed to get a free roadside parking.

The hotel consists of a huge block of mini apartments in a renewed industrial building. apartments are fully equipped with a mini kitchen set, hair drier, coffe machine and kettle. table with two chairs, large window, even electric window blinds! very convenient for the price.at the top floor there is a bar with a terrace with the best view of the main square Augustusplatz. i will use this accommodation again.

Location was excellent, from the railway station it was an easy walk or one tram-stop. Lift access. The room was a generous size with a kitchen and dining table, as well as a couch.

The bathroom lock was faulty and showed signs of people trying to unlock it from the outside. My nephew got locked in and, even working together, it took us some time to unlock the door. I reported this fault at reception on checkout, the female staff member appeared uninterested and did not appear to make a note of the fault.

The apartment type of room we booked is really spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The price is also very reasonable and affordable. The breakfast we paid (euro 19) was quite ok. Choice of food is adequate, with the bonus of free choice of how the egg to be cooked. It tasted really good.

The reception is at 6th floor where was a bit hard to figure it out if you were there for the first time. The main entrance is also a bit tricky to locate if you dont pay too much attention on it.

Staff was really pleasant and the rooms were set up well.

Check in was very hard. The building is not well marked and there is no sign in English saying reception is on the 6th floor. We tried to do an online check in as they had requested, but some snafu between Booking.com and the hotel website caused one of our reservations to be cancelled. They found us a room, but it was stressful. In all, we spent about an hour on the online check in procedures that didn't work, then spent about 30 minutes looking for the building and reception, then spent an hour at the reception, first in line for a long time, then waiting while they tried to get us a room that had gotten cancelled by the system. The staff did everything they could to rectify the problem quickly. Management does need to provide better signage on the building.
