Well located, a 10 minute walk to the island along the causeway, and quiet - despite being next to a railway line. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good, with a decent enough selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's good value.

Never managed to make the wifi work. Our room was very hot, even with the radiator off. The beds were soft - fine if you like that but a bit too soft for me. Worth noting that there is no staffing after about 1800 and you have to use your passkey in a side door to get in and out. Oh, and a toaster for breakfast would be good.

Well located and an easy walk from the train stop and to the island. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels. Although we did not take the breakfast option, it looked like a great spread and we wish we had had breakfast here.

The wifi connection was not great in the room but that is not the end of the world for us.

Very friendly staff! We were welcomed in a friendly way, the reception helped us with the luggage and when we asked to keep some of our food cool, they brought us a own small fridge to the room! The location is in a calm area and the oldtown is easy walkable within 20min walk.

Breakfast was way beyond the expectations. One of the best experiences we had so far in Germany.

The room was so small that after opening the luggages, we could not really move in the room. But it was still ok for a short stay as it had all the basics.

We had a very comfortable room at the back of the hotel. It was a good size with a well appointed bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. It's very close to the lake and a short walk to LIndau. The trains run from the island. Highly recommend is the restaurant Villa Alwin am see along the lake.

We were late and the arrangement made for us by the staff were amazing. A welcome bottle of wine from local winery with a lovely note was at room. Next day the staff was super helpful.

Nothing to complain. The place is a bit offroad and we came late night. We had a good navi in the car. All good.

Wonderful property, excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. No air con but fans provided which made the apartment comfortable.

Room was a bit small and dated with bathroom an add on in the room rather than a separate space .

Staff was wonderful, rooms were really nice .

The sink stopper was stuck so we had to pry out open because we didn’t notice it until after hours.
