Great breakfast and the guy on reception was superb, large room with brilliant views and in a fantastic location.

The hotel is clearly in transition with some areas looking ultra modern and "funky". Rooms and corridors are tired and old-fashioned. Bed could have been comfier and it was a real surprise that a hotel of this quality and size does not equip each room with an iron. Whilst on the face of it a minor problem, it does suggest a lack of attention to detail and potentially an issue with what they can spend money on improving. There is just one iron to share for the whole hotel!!

Fantastic location within a short (5 minute) walking distance to the main area of town. Also, there's a grocery store directly across the street which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful with parking info etc. Our room was clean with plenty of space and huge balcony with amazing views of the town and surrounding mountains. The hotel also provides an indoor pool and sauna which is nice for relaxing after a long day. The hotel has limited free parking, but there is a huge parking lot across the street that is free during the evenings and relatively cheap during the day. Great hotel with a great location.

Very comfortable stay! Our room on the top floor has a beautiful view and a private balcony. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable, we slept in later than usual. This location was perfect to enjoy the town, next to a grocery store, and yet very quiet. We were especially impressed with the staff, both front desk and breakfast servers. They were very helpful and cheerful - the breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and the staff was practically running to keep everything fully stocked. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Location is great, awesome views from the window. Good breakfast and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice staff members. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We booked 3 rooms on the same credit card for entire family. One room was cancelled without any notification for approval of the credit card. Booking says it cancelled by the property and property said it is Booking's fault. We had to book the room again on the last moment with 50% extra cost.

The hotel was extremely comfortable with good facilities, in particular the swimming pool. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The free coffee and cake made available during the afternoon was a nice touch. Overall an excellent hotel and I’d be happy to stay again.

The hotel is ideally located close to the centre of the village. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms with the balcony are lovely, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast had kids of variety and as much as you wanted, very tasty. Could not recommend the hotel enough, third generation and loads of personal touches.

The Hotel is at a perfect location close to every attraction Mittenwald can offer! The staff is very friendly and professional! They serve cookies and coffee or tea in the afternoon which is also included in the price! On weekdays the restaurant has delicuious italian dishes which were the best I had in Germany!

Lovely hotel in Mittenwald, central for shops, restaurants and cable car. Friendly, welcoming staff and good food and facilities. Very clean and accommodating. There are recycle bins in the car park out front which could be noisy early morning, later at night and also a supermarket next door. If this would bother you may be an idea to ask for a quiet room.

The staff was excellent. Dinner was great the night we had dinner there. Breakfast was fantastic.

We were good with parking but others weren’t based on the total parking spaces available. The staff was great directing us where to park.
