The hotel was pretty much perfect. Reception was welcoming and friendly ( also we were given a double upgrade to a suite because of my daughter’s birthday). The room was very spacious, excellent air conditioning and the bed extremely comfortable. Good selection of different foods at breakfast, we loved the freshly made pancakes. Bar was welcoming and bar meals were of a high standard. Location was great for old town, walks along the Inn and transport links to other areas. Pretty much perfect. 🤩

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make everyone (including, and perhaps especially furry friends) feel welcome. We had a superb stay in the heart of Innsbruck's Old Town, so the location is perfect, and the decor and breakfasts were also brilliant. I've stayed in a few different spots in Innsbruck before, but will now use this as my new 'local' stay spot.

Nothing. The hotel is superb. If you are noise-sensitive, just remember that the hotel is in the middle of town so it's almost always going to be a bit noisy, so bear this in mind. It's not the hotel's fault at all, but maybe bring ear plugs if you need absolute quiet.

We spent Christmas at the hotel, and it was absolutely lovely. The rooms have a traditional feel, but are stylish and elegant, and the location in the heart of the old town is completely charming. We were surrounded by Christmas markets, happy people wandering the streets, carol singing - a truly wild but wonderful experience for a couple of Australians! We were even blessed with snow on Christmas Eve, which had us opening up the windows to enjoy it in absolute awe (it’s a real treat to be in a hotel with windows that open, as a side note!) The room was spacious, and the breakfast provided was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and friendly, with so much helpful advice - particularly on how to navigate and access the mountains for skiing. There’s a stop for the J line, which can take you to Patscherkofel or Nordkette, about a minutes walk away. It was a wonderful stay, one we won’t forget!

We weren’t aware that the bathroom wasn’t fully separate, in that the glass screen of the shower opens to the room - only awkward when you’re travelling with a teenage son, but it would have been good to know!

My husband and I were very impressed with this absolutely lovely perfectly located, old town hotel with historically traditional architecture. Our upgraded room was well appointed with all necessary amenities and we were very comfortable there. Reception staff so helpful and friendly particularly Tanja who went over and beyond to ensure we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. Other reception staff also extremely helpful with sightseeing recommendations and providing information about transport options. Hotel has wonderful options for dining including inside/alfresco bar for drinks and meals, indoor restaurant for suburb breakfast ( which we highly recommend guests to include in their hotel stay) and canopied outdoor alfresco dining area on second floor. Everything offered by this hotel is of the highest quality and standard and we could not fault our stay in any way. Do yourself a favour and book this amazingly comfortable, quality hotel to enable a memorable holiday in Innsbruck.

A series of minor points which however seem not negligible for a hotel in this class of price. The room was on the last flight which could be reached only using a flight of stairs because the elevator got only to the last but one. Nothing serious, but not everyone can climb stairs, especially with luggage, and the hotel has some pretence. The room was really very small, although with a comfortable bed. The shower was in full view of the rest of the room: nothing dramatic, but unusual, to say the least. The toilet was in a small cubicle, rather cold. The parking place was at some distance from the hotel. The entrance to the hotel was through a cafeteria, not so easy to understand and uncomfortable to cross with luggage.

We looked at the ratings prior to booking and we were not disappointed. The hotel is ideally placed within the old part of the city, providing perfect access to other facilities including transport around and outside of the city. As part of the stay we were given an Innsbruck card which included free travel and reductions of 20% on other attractions which were welcomed. The breakfast was excellent, with plently of different options available to enjoy on our 3 night stay, welcomed by the most friendly of staff on each occassion. Advice given on what / where to go during check-in was again most useful. The room was very comfortable, equipt with a settee, adequate space for a 3 night's stay and a decent firm matress. An issue on our room overlooking some temporary works being undertaken outside was quickly resolved by Maria in reception and with management to provide an acceptable conclusion to the matter. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a stay in Innsbruck

Both my husband and I really loved staying at your hotel as it was in an easy location to get to all the sights and things to do. Our hotel room which was the boutique cosy was very comfortable indeed. With excellent shower and separate toilet facilities.

Unfortunately, your free WiFi was not easily accessible so could not get access to the internet from our room. As we we’re staying for 5 days we really needed a very good internet connection because we need to get access to emails and online banking or for any other emergencies. If we were staying for one or two days , we can live without the internet. But 5 days is a long time to go without internet when we need to use it in our hotel room.

Location was just wow, right in the city center, walking to all the important and must visit places. All the information was given at the check in time, it was very helpful. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and serving staff was very very friendly.

Bathroom was open bathroom without any blinds. We travelled with a kid so we had to make sure to get bath before she wakes up. And some construction was going on at the entrance which was trouble some.

Really lovely welcome firstly. The hotel had a quirky hunting lodge vibe as befits the area. It was immaculately clean. The staff were lovely, particularly the blonde lady who I think may have been the housekeeper and also the young girl who served breakfast.

We had an inside room with no window that was a bit cramped. It had a strange bathroom door arrangement in which the door for the bathroom was also the door for the showers which meant no privacy. However, I guess that is what we paid for.

Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice buffet style and you can choose hot food which they will cook fresh for you. The location was absolutely perfect for the Christmas markets and easy walk to the cable car and trams. close to plenty of restaurants. 10 minutes Taxi from the airport. Room was a great size. Staff were lovely

The room was very warm so we slept with the window open which solved the problem. slight aircraft noise occasionally but it didnt bother us as being close proximity to the airport was more important.
