The location was great and convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside of the hotel so it is convenient to take a bus to go to the metro. I didn’t opt for breakfast so can’t say much. On top of that, I reached the hotel around 10am and the staff members managed to accommodate checking in as early as 1pm and they were nice enough to take care of our luggages during those span of hours while we went out. Definitely recommend. There isn’t any convenience shops nearby but the hotel lobby does have a coffee machine and snacks to you can buy from if you’re feeling hungry.

My personal preference would be to have still water in my room instead of sparkling water but that’s about it.

There was help at the front desk whenever we needed it. We arrived some times at 10:30 pm and they were there. I woke up at 7 am, and they were already there. Nice staff and great customer service. Breakfast is complimentary for kids, and the buffet offers a wide variety of food, making it a great value. These days, some places call themselves hotels but fail to offer the services that a traditional hotel typically provides. This one did it all!

The breakfast at the hotel is good, there is a choice and fresh pastries. I had two rooms, in one of them the refrigerator for drinks did not work, and in the other the shower tap did not work very well. Friendly and helpful staff. The most important thing is clean rooms and a soft bed. Overall a good hotel in terms of price and quality. Thank you!

Breakfast was sufficient and very diverse. The fish was great. The blankets and pillows were great. The room remains dark in the morning as adequate roll curtains are installed. There is a comfortable bathtub. Amenities were great. Air conditioning was excellent. The desk is perfect to read the newspaper and work. The front desk personnel is very helpful and respectful. Well trained and great attitude. Mr. Azubi was very kind.

The hotel is far from the center, but reachable by buses and trains. A bus station is a minute walk near the hotel.

This is a surprisingly good hotel. It may not be the newest, but actually facilities are taken good care of. I have seen more famous hotel chains, with worse rooms. Room is really spaceous, quiet, has everything that you need, bed was comfortable, bathroom was also clean, enought toilettries. I am staying here again.

Location is a bit far, but it depends how do you travel to the hotel. If you are on U5, then it is easy. If you have to change transport, than expect to change 2-3 lines to the hotel. But if you are going to leave the hotel in the morning, and return in the evening, then it does affect you much.

Hotel was clean and housekeeping daily. Reception staff were very helpful. They were prompt when we notified of fridge in room not working. Hotel over all was ideal location bus right on your doorstep to go to the underground or subway. Local amenities for shopping etc without having to go into main city Uber 60 euros from hotel. Much cheaper than outside taxis

Breakfast to add on was £24 per day - think that's quite steep in price. Other meal options were limited due to summer season there was a BBQ on. This meant general restaurant wasnt open.

The room was clean and cozy! There was enough space and enough facilities! A good transport connection, a very nice supermarket nearby!

The room was amazing (comfortable bed, mini-fridge, desk) with a very functional and clean bathroom. It was very quiet with a courtyard view. The location was excellent, well-served by buses. Additionally, there was a technical error with my initial room, so I was upgraded, which I greatly appreciated!

The breakfast selection is extensive, but it is a bit expensive for those who don't eat much in the morning.

Very cosy atmosphere. Friendly reception. Loved the coffee and tea available in the room.

Fridge temperature was just slightly cold, almost the same as room temperature - so we were not sure actually if it's working or not. Internet connection was occassionaly unstable.

The room was very spacious: there was plenty of space for us and the kids. The breakfast was great.

The room could have been more clean. The location is not great but there is a bus in front of the hotel that brings you to the metro.
