Very new property, bright & clean, friendly staff. Room on the small side, no fridge but does have a small safety deposit box, comfortable bed & and very nice shower room (big walk in shower, no bath). Quiet at night so we slept well. Breakfast was fairly expensive (16,- euro pp) but good quality and served until 11 so you could sleep in, which was nice after a late night. Also nice was that there’s 24h staffing so we were able to get a candy bar and a drink when we came back at 1.30 am after seeing a concert at the Veltins Arena. Very weird though to charge guests extra to be able to park on site. We parked for free on the gravel pitch next to the hotel’s private parking which was ok but would have been problematic with bad weather as it’s very uneven and would get very muddy. The hotel is located on an industrial estate and next to a busy road so it’s not the prettiest location but for a short trip I guess that’s not too important.

Everything was almost great, it was very clean and quiet, the room was perfect for one person but it might have been a bit small for 2 people. Also, the rgb lamp was a cool detail.

The biggest drawback was that there was no door in the bathroom(even tho i could figure out that it existed in the past)or at least a curtain or a sliding glass door in the shower and therefore it was kinda cold every time i showered. Also, the location of the hotel is kinda awkward if u don't have a car.

Centrally located near the Westfield Mall, theaters, and excellent restaurants and stores. The property looks new, spacious, nice and clean. Rooms are nice, with floor heating in the bathroom!

The hotel has no connecting rooms. The bathroom has no door and the shower ‘wall’ is made of frosted glass on the room side so you can see the person shower in silhouette while lying on the bed. Great, but may not be suitable for all groups. Don’t look under the bed! No cleaning done there.

Nice room, quiet hotel and nice area.

They firstly told us that we can get the keys in advance if we register on their website but when we got there around 11:00 am they did not have any clean rooms available. Parking was not free, it cost us 10€ to use the hotel parking spot. Alternatively we could use some unsecured parking for free behind the hotel parking. We also saw a bug in our room, although the room was very clean altogether.

Just as last year everything was great! The staff really tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible, 24/7. They offered us a kettle, tea and to keep our luggage until check-in.

We are really confused by the design of the showers/bathroom. The shower has a big milky glass to the side of the room, so you can watch your friends shower ^^ The door is also meh because it's a glass sliding door which does not muffle sound. It was not such a big deal but maybe next renovation do not use a big window for the shower? There were no vegan options for breakfast (16€ ). Maybe if we had asked? But on the normal buffet there wasn't anything.

Staff was super friendly and solved my issue with the room quickly even though the fault was with Booking.com. Easy to get to and from with bus to the central station. Great little bar located at the reception area.

The room I ordered was a standard double room and picture shown at booking.com shows an doublebed. When we arrived there where in reality two single beds put together and the staff explained that that room type only had that. So the pictures shown at booking.com under room details is wrong! Staff at hotel solved it thankfully. Be aware if you share room with not your partner that the glass from the bathroom is see through and in some rooms the doors even have a hole in it so not that much privacy in the bathroom if you want that :D

All you need for a short stay , it is relatively new hotel. Everything is clean, bed is very comfortable ! Location is great , a lot of entertainment in surrounding areas.

We travel with our two son , was looking for a family room , the hotel advertised Adjoining room , that gave me the impression that two rooms could be joined , it turns out it is only a guarantee that they give you two separate rooms next to each other . Both rooms are really small . We ended up sleeping separately where my husband stays with one of our son and I stay with another son . A bit disappointed about that. The girl at reception got so much complains about this false advertisement from other customers, she gave us warning during check in.

It was comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was 16€ which I think is a little too much, but yet again, I don’t use hotels usually so this might be a normal price and I’m just unaware of it. There were some marks on the walls but otherwise really clean. There is no mini fridge which would’ve been nice. And a body wash that’s also a shampoo which is a bit drying to my hair… wish there was a normal shampoo bottle instead no matter how small, that would’ve been really nice.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient, there are restaurants nearby as well as the shopping mall. The rooms are cleaned and air-conditioning is very cool, very comfortable for warm days staying. Yet they don't have family, we got two connected rooms which is very nice for family with children.

Good price. Very clean and modern. Nearby to all attractions. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was excellent and diverse although very expensive. Free bottle of water.

Expensive breakfast. The wall and door between the bathroom and the room was made out of semitransparent glass. A bit weird of you are not so close to the person you are sharing the room with. No fridge, no coffee or tea.
