Staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

Location. While it is close to the city centre, it is in the heart of the red light district. Very seedy and dirty area where I did not feel I could let my teenage daughters go out unaccompanied. Very noisy outside on the street at night and litter being left everywhere by the revellers who congregated at the end of the street until the small hours of the morning. During the day in the area of the old city wall we witnessed drug dealing, intimidating behaviour, and public nudity all in the short walk to the U Bahn station. Nürnberg Stadt really needs to get a grip on the antisocial behaviour in this neighbourhood.

Holiday Inn has got it down to a science ;-) Prices were like a budget hotel, but the property itself is great! It is right in the center of the city within walking distance of everything. Restaurants, shops, etc. The room was small but not uncomfortably so - at first, it felt very warm, but the air conditioning kicked in and the temperature was very comfortable while we slept. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and accommodating. Big plus for a mini gym and an ice machine!

-The swinging shower door, while convenient, let water leak onto the floor. -One of two elevators were out of service, which meant a long wait for it to arrive. For us, taking the stairs was fine, but we found them to be quite inconveniently located.

Very nice, modern hotel with clean rooms, air conditioning (important in summer!), friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Parking is right next door. Located just inside the city wall on the south side within walking distance of most sites (walking time to north side = c. 20 min.). Red light district is down the block and around the corner, but is as safe and fascinating as any other Nuremberg sight.

Air conditioning could only be set so low. In the sweltering summer, it would have been nice to be able to make it even cooler at night.

The location was in the old town. The family suit was very big and quite. There was a minikitchen, air conditioner, warm floor in the bathroom and everything else one needs.

They claim they have a parking. But both nights I spent in the hotel, it was fully occupied. There is a public parking nearby but that was full on the first day too. It created unnecessary stress. I think they should be able to reserve the space or don't claim that they have it. Queues at the reception all the time.

The staff was very good. The room was very clean. The location was in the old town and a short 3 minute walk to the metro. The size of the room was good and the bed was a little firm but comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices which included Nuremberg sausages and the breakfast staff was excellent.

The only negative (which really is not their fault) was this hotel is too close to the red light district.

Great location. Very nice and spacious rooms.Fantastic breakfast. We didn't plan on having breakfast in the hotel, but we ended up enjoying it there every morning. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The parking garage "connected" to the hotel is terrible. All parking garages in Nürnberg are rather cramped with very narrow spaces, but the hotel garage had a very steep and extra narrow entrance and exit. We used it twice and then changed to another bigger, public parking garage very close by. There we bought a 4-day ticket and it was very convenient.

The location and property are excellent. We stay here every time we travel to Nürnberg. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

The coffee availability is very bad. The room coffee is bad instant coffee. There are several machines in the lobby that are only on for business conference or for pay. In my opinion the hotel should let guest make espresso on these machines. What is the cost issue with offering free good coffee in the mornings?

Clean, nicely decorated and aired rooms. We really enjoyed our stay in Holiday Inn. They have parking lot even for EV cars. Rooms are super big and clean, also hotel is inside the oldtown, when you park your car you dont need to take it out for side seeing. You can walk all over the old town and the city from same location. Stuff is really friendly and helpful for all kinds of needs. We traveled with family and baby, we had everything we needed.

surprised us with its clean modern look and great location - about 10 minutes walk to st Lorent church or train station. The area is safe. we had some misgivings when we read other reviews but all good and we had a beautiful comfortable safe stay at Nurnberg. Room is clean bright and good size . Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Carpark is just next to the hotel and connects by an underground lift . carpark belongs to the hotel but its not free - i thinks its about 14 euros. Lots of eating places within 10 minutes walk at night

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the U1 subway line, which conveniently connects to Messe. The downtown city center is also within short walking distance. The staff is warm and welcoming. Additionally, water bottles and snacks are sold within the hotel, which saves the bother to shop outside. Perfect for buisness travellers.

A little pricy during the trade fairs... But it is what it is... Its the same everywhere.
