We had an excellent stay at the Dorint Hotel Potsdam! The rooms, the pool, and all areas of the hotel were spotless and very well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We really appreciated the underground parking and the great facilities in the pool area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious, 10/10, kudos to the entire team! It was also a nice surprise that checkout was allowed until 12:00 pm, giving us plenty of time to wrap up our stay comfortably. We’d definitely love to visit again!

Location is perfect especially if you want to visit Sanssouci Palace. The shower is really strong which is important for us. And breakfast is really good with a lot of food variety. The room had an air conditioning.

After breakfast you get no coffee in a hotel till 4pm. So, bar is closed and there is no coffee machine in the whole hotel. You also have no kettle in a room. The housekeeping staff opened a room door without knocking on a day of check out.

Booked at the last minute. First of all, we cared about safe parking, it turned out to be very comfortable from automatic "free hands" doors to independent checkout. We are very grateful to the hotel and the wonderful Florian for the possibility of late check out, as well as for the opportunity to chekin at 4 am 🫶🏻 Unquestionable advantages of the hotel: - The beds are very comfortable. - Air conditioner. - Refrigerator. - Purity. - Friendly staff. We definitely recommend the hotel to travelers with loaded cars who are afraid of open parking. This is a great place to rest for the night. We will be very pleased to return here on the next trip and try breakfast, which is so praised in reviews.

Location is amazing. Potsdam is really beautiful. They have some parking for oversized vehicles.

Even though I had been promised a parking spot out back for my large truck, when I booked with the hotel, upon arrival, the front desk person didn't know what I was talking about and didn't bother to ask anyone. Just told me to find something on the street. When I asked another person later, they sorted it out for me. It would be nice if all the receptionists understand what the hotel offers or at least asked someone else.

The location is great and very convenient to reach and also go from there for a walk in Sanssouci Park. The hotel equipment is pretty modern, and the place itself is big. Great there is an option with double rooms connected, for families. The pool and gym are in very good condition, was a pleasure to be there. Personal is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is standard for the hotel, there were a lot of people in the breakfast area.

The only thing that didn't work properly was booking at Spa. We did receive cards at the reception and went to our room. Then we assumed, if we had cards, we could just dress in swimming cloth and go down, and there would be another reception or a place where we would get Bademantel and towels. But there is no such reception near the pool. We had to go, half-naked, back to the main reception to get slippers and Bademantels. While we were going back and forth, all the towels near the pool were taken by other visitors and there were none left. I think it was forgotten on the initial check-in to give us Bademantel for the whole family. Or please place them in the room by default. But now the organization was not good.

The location is fine, not far from Biosphäre and San Susi, the breakfast is great - all kinds of meals wrere there, including pancakes and kakao. The swimming pool is very nice, big enough for swimming and with bubbles for fun :) The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

The food at the bar was not very good, there were only a pair of dishes, but they were not so tasty

Everything was perfect: the breakfast, the parking garage underground, the rooms, the location, the comfort! In fact, we loved this hotel so much that we’re planning another trip to Germany (we’re from South Carolina) so we can stay at this hotel for several days to explore the area around it. Highly recommended!

Nothing whatsoever! You won’t go wrong.

The breakfast was included. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. We checked out before breakfast, and we were provided with a box filled with food that we could take with us. The hotel is close to the Sans Souci gardens and palace. We walked there with ease.

There is not a kettle in the room, so you can not make tea or coffee. There is also no bar fridge.

Nice hotel, beautiful location, exceptional breakfast. Good swimming pool and sauna.

It is additional fee for the swimming pool and parking. Charging separately for the swimming pool is ridiculous...Also one needs coins for the lockers in the spa area and most of them don't work...

The breakfast was one of the better once we experienced compared to others. The room size too was well sized considering we were travelling with a child. And the location is just perfect. Close to the city, close to historical buildings, all of our needs where well cared for.

I don’t think I have anything to complain about this place.
