The Breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. The Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms / hotel in general was clean and tidy. Good car parking on site with easy access to hotel.

To drive in Stuttgart you need to pay a Clean Air Zone Fee, like the one payable in London etc. We didn't realise this until our car Sat Nav told us that such a zone existed and that we needed a permit to enter the zone or we would suffer a fine. It may be useful to advise guests that they will need to source a permit when booking if travelling to the hotel by car. We did manage to buy one before entering the zone but it caused delay and stress we could have done without.

Breakfast was crowded at all times I would say but, the facility is quite big and you actually can see the crowd but don't feel it. Rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. The hotel itself is a bit old, you can even see it in the style but the bathrooms and rooms etc. were all in perfect condition. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can easily walk to the main square

Not much to be frank. All was great. The hotel had a tremendous traffic. I am not really sure if there was a car park but there were 2 private parking lots near the hotel so, I used those.

I recently stayed at the Maritim Hotel Stuttgart. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but it does feel a bit outdated with an 80’s vibe. That said, the property is well-maintained and comfortable. The location is great—just about a 10-minute walk from the city center, which makes it easy to explore Stuttgart. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the swimming pool, which was a great feature. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was fantastic—lots of choice and great quality. One downside was that during our visit, 3 of the 5 restaurants were closed, and we were really looking forward to checking out the piano bar, which unfortunately was also closed. That was a bit disappointing. If you don’t mind a slightly retro feel, this hotel still offers good value, excellent service, and solid amenities.

Everything! Good location, everything clean, the bathroom in the room is excellent, in general the room has a distinguished look and is very comfortable, the lobby area is beautiful, the staff are nice and helpful. It’s not luxury-level but it’s close to it (let’s say business class but not first class).

The pillows are not very firm, although by using the two pillows provided per person it’s not too bad - perhaps provide firmer pillows in the closet? In fairness we did not ask reception if it was possible to get another pillow, so maybe they would be able to accommodate this but we don’t know.

Massive hotel with large rooms and good modern facilities in the main building. Hotel Breakfast is probably one of the best I've had. massive dinning room with fast and courteous staff. never a problem locating a free table even at its busiest times. Piano bar is luxurious with fine selection of drinks. All staff/team could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. numerous languages spoken by all staff. Bars, restaurants, large convivence store, trains all within 3-5 mins walk. The hotel has its own taxi stand, always manned. trams/trains are cheap and often.

There was a business conference being held in the hotel on our check out day. several hundred business men/women chatting five metres from reception. Blocking pathway from breakfast to rooms and reception. Couldn't hear myself think and was difficult to communicate with reception during checkout.

The hotel has a nice grand feeling from the moment you enter. Our room was a good size, the bathroom excellent, the digital shower was a little tricky to operate but once going was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were all brilliant. We also had room service and again I couldn't fault it, it was quick and the food was very nice.

The TV had options for smart features like casting and Youtube but the network aspect wasn't working, it also had an issue with channels but we eventually resolved that with the aerial cable not being fully inserted in the back of the tv.

It’s an established hotel line and it lived up to its own standards for sure. Everything with the room and the cleaning was amazing.

It was a bit hard to get to the room - the main elevators in the lobby didn’t go up there so we had to walk through some hallways and down some stairs to get into our rooms. There was also a lot of construction going on on our floor, and a part of the ceiling was also missing in our room, I think also due to the renovations going on. It was a weird experience to be staying there during the renovations, perhaps they should have closed the floor down for booking, till the renovations were done

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with hot water in the shower available at all times. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. The hotel's location is also a big plus: it's very convenient and well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again! The hotel made a great impression. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and stylish interior. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool — large, clean, and with a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a long day. Another big plus is the convenient location, close to the city center. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly.

The pool can get crowded at times, especially on weekends, which makes it harder to fully relax. Also, more power outlets near the bed would be appreciated — it's an important detail for modern travelers.

We had a great stay at Maritim Hotel! The location is excellent, and with the Booking.com discount, the value for money was fantastic. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable—especially with the lovely view of squirrels playing outside through the window. However, there was a small but strange situation during check-in. While waiting in line, we noticed that everyone ahead of us was receiving a welcome bottle of water, but we weren’t given one. When we later inquired whether our booking type was different, another receptionist kindly provided us not only with water but also cold tea for our child, which was a very thoughtful gesture. It’s a small detail, but details matter, especially for such a renowned hotel chain like Maritim. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we’d definitely stay here again!
