We found this hotel to break up our long road trip. The location was perfect, not far from a highway exit, in a short drive from Berlin and Potsdam. The facilities were very clean, recently renovated. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. We liked how quiet and peaceful the area was. The room window had a screen, so we could enjoy fresh air at night. Very satisfying breakfast buffet with many food choices.

A vending machine or a minibar would be great to have, seeing the distance from the city and the lack of place where to eat, it would convenient to have at least a vending machine with some snacks or a minibar.

Very spacious room (we got suite), with comfy bathroom. We got great tip for dinner place, which was only 9min walk from the hotel. Lovely gentleman served warm croissants for breakfast, which made my day. Place is doggie and family friendly.

We went during heat wave and there was no aircon in the room (but thankfully there was a fan, which we had all night on). The room does not have fridge (something to keep in mind if you are traveling with an infant).

Breakfast buffet was of good quality, always replenished in time and varied. The breakfast room was friendly and very clean. Friendly and supportive staff.

Beds were on the narrow side, though matraces were okay. Restaurant was closed due to kitchen staff shortage, though the hotel has been trying hard to find adequate recuitment.

It was very clean and well kept hotel. When we stayed it was really hot so not much cooling off options. Staff were friendly. Water pressure for the shower is perfect

No food options available after eight. Like wending machines but they had a fridge with drinks and water by the lobby area. Rooms get hot when it’s hot outside

Internetspeed partly not sufficient for online business meetings, Breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs almost every morning.

Wifi. I was traveling for business and the hotel Wlan gave me some serious problem in night. The whole signal was not strong and sometimes the Wlan is doesconnecting automatically. I have to use my phone Hotspot to continue my work.
