Lovely setting in an old mill. Exquisite restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. *Should note there is no lift and the room I had the bathroom was on an upper level with a steep staircase to access. This was not a problem for me, but others with mobility issues could be put off.

The spa tub was dirty, although the staff attended to it twice. In the end, the spa tub didn't even work properly. I was too tired of having to call staff to the room to complain about anything else that I just didn't use it.

A gorgeous, 1000 year-old building in the countryside with a comfortable bed and excellent restaurant. Amazing. We enjoyed dinner there and the server was incredible, as was the food. Our room had a small patio, and the area was serene and beautiful. We had a split-level room, with a couch, TV, desk, and fridge on the main floor, and a great bed and bathroom upstairs.

I guess the bathroom was a little small? I don't have a lot of negatives here...i was woken up by birds because we were in a rural environment.

As we entered the Muhle am Schlossberg we were pleasantly surprised by the decor and design of the hotel. In a very quiet setting with good parking for motorcycles in particular. A very friendly welcome and help with luggage to our room. Great food and wine with excellent service.

The staff were ready to help with smiles morning, noon, and night. Food was top notch. Rooms were exquisite. A must stay. Will come back, again. Acres of surrounding beautiful horticulture. Plenty of places to sit quietly and read or take in the fountains and floral splendor.

Clean, quiet and a great escape

Wifi didn't reach the room. Though there was a warning in the booking that stated some rooms wifi may not work. Not a big distraction.

Hotel and restaurant were outstanding. I enjoyed the stay and I will come back very soon. Staff members were very friendly and professional. Perfect stay for TDY (Sembach), only 7-8 min away. Great breakfast.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Food was great and staff friendly. Little things like having insect screens on the windows makes such a difference!

Tranquil setting. Perfect for relaxation, exploring. Dining was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious. The quality of the food was very superior. Kitchen and service was excellent. Top notch dining and great for a weekend getaway.
