Location was excellent, reception staff was very friendly, so was the lady who organised breakfast each morning: she accommodated for food allergies. The morning buffet was excellent all being able to eat well at breakfast really made a huge difference to our overall experience of Athens. One of the female cleaners seemed dodgy: make sure to keep all valuables in the room's safe.

Some valuables disappeared from a bag that had been left all day in the room. The cleaner denied and became agressive towards us, however there is no way our belongings could have disappeared into thin air while we were away from the room. The bedding had past it's use by date (sinking - way too soft) albeit very clean with sheets changed every day.

Staff was very friendly. Even mailed out a few postcards for us as we were checking out. Loved the view from the roof top of the acropolis, especially at night. Walk out the door and to your right and you will find lovely pedestrian streets with a lot to choose from in terms of food. Keep on walking and there are wonderful cafes and shopping. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great with hot water. Loved the open windows and the small church across the street. Breakfast was great every morning. A lot to choose from. I would stay here again!

Walls were a little thin. I did notice people up at all hours of the night outside, especially when we kept the window open. But all we heard was laughter and singing-people enjoying life. It was actually enjoyable to listen too. But it might bother some.

Location. Location. Location. We booked an upper room with a view of the Acropolis and the night time view was SPECTACULAR. We even went to the rooftop terrace (one floor up) for an even better view.

The lighting over the sink in the bathroom is insufficient for shaving. The shower door leaked out on to the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the floor mat contained most of the water. The elevator failed with my wife in it. Fortunately, it did not take too long for the 'rescue'. A 'night light' outside the toilet would be helpful to keep from stumbling in the dark.

Your front desk staff is warm, friendly and always very willing to answer our questions. We appreciated their helpfulness very much. Your breakfast was outstanding -- nutritious, delicious and so many tasty options! The breakfast staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay -- but, I have two suggestions that would make the rooms more guest-friendly. These are: 1. The shower is really not usable as a shower, since water gets all over the bathroom floor. Perhaps the glass half door needs to be sealed at the bottom so water does not leak out. We basically had to just spot-wash our bodies very carefully in order to keep water within the tub area. 2. More lighting is really needed. It was almost impossible to see to do make-up easily -- either in the room or the bathroom.

The location is perfect. You are walking distance from all the main sites, Acropolis and the museums. Also, you have a very lively street 2 1 block from the hotel, where you can find restaurants and bars, really recommend staying here as long as you don't rent a car (you don't need it, there is metro and you can walk everywhere). The breakfast was really good and included in the price, you had a lot of variety and the schedule was good.

The only thing I have to say is that the pillows were not really soft, but that is all! :)

The staff were really helpful. Especially Nikos, Bill and Stavros. They helped me book a ticket for the HOHO bus. Breakfast was pretty decent. Hotel is just a 5 mins leisurely walk from the Monastiraki Square. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. A decent property.

I was a bit skeptical of the super narrow lane filled with graffiti in which the hotel is located Would have been good if the hotel would have provided complimentary water bottles in the room.

The location of the hotel is at the center of all the tourists spot in Athens city. The closest train station is Monastiriki, same route is directly connected to the airport train station. It is close to alot of Cafe, restaurants and supermarket. Our window had a view of the Acropolis. Also, the breakfast buffet was simple and sufficient to fill your first day of the meal with lots of carbohydrates and proteins. The receptionists and waitress are all warm and accommodating. It is infront of a church. We will definitely go back.

The neighborhood is full of graffiti. Few are vandalism.

Location is perfect, very central and 2 min. walk from and to Monastraki metro station and a variety of bus stations. 5 min. walking to Plaka 10 min. to the Acropolis and many other historical places. The hotel was very close to many restaurants serving different cuisines, many of them working 24/7. Breakfast was delicious and had variable items. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean.

Just the view from the room's window, my room was a back view.

The hotel was perfect with friendly and helpful staff. Room, clean towels and bedding provided daily. Breakfast provided a good selection. The position of the hotel was superb. Come out the doors, turn right left or go straight forward and you find something. Major sights and train stations easily walkable. We did 9€ per person for train back to airport but taxis are good way from airport to hotel and quite a good price. Loved every moment of everything. Totally recommend staying here.

Going home. Should have stayed longer.

The location was convenient but the area was a bit sketchy after dark, as the streets around were poorly lit with a lot of derelict buildings. But not unsafe, and less than one minute from a busy, pleasant square.
