Getting to the property relatively easy. Take the Metro from the airport and get off at Monastiraki station. Turn slightly left, cross the square and take the main street up to Evipridou. It looks a bit shabby, mainly because of the tagging, which is rampant in Athens. Have a good look on Google Earth to recognise the small front entrance. Once registered there is an access code to enter the building. Initially just press the button for reception to let you in. I arrived late evening and felt perfectly safe walking up the main road, suitcase and all! Reception is manned 24 hours so no problems there. The staff member who checked me in couldn't have been more helpful, as well as a mine of information about the area. Be careful, the lift has a manual door, so look through the windows to see if it has arrived. Breakfast is on the 4th floor and starts at 0730. The area is clean and tidy and the staff brilliant. The light snack menu is more than adequate, as you can see from the photos and there is a cooked food menu if you want something more substantial -again see photo. Rooms are small but spotless. There is air conditioning so the room is comfortable to use. Cold drinking water is provided on arrival and there are more in the mini fridge. This also contains beers if you want to buy them. Bathroom area is small, but spotless and more than adequate for the solo traveller. Soap, shampoo, body wash and even a razor are provided. Towels are in excellent condition and changed daily. My room was at the front, so some street noise during the night and a steady build up of traffic from 0700 onwards. It didn't bother me, but the hotel provided ear plugs of guests find the noise intrusive. There is a good restaurant just down the street (booking advised) and lots more in the area. There is a supermarket about 150 metres away on the main street. (out of the hotel, turn left, turn right at the traffic lights and it's on your left) All in all, an excellent 3 star...

Although the street itself was not special, the hotel was very close to the main road, the center, the market, the cafes and restaurants. Cultural and archeological sites were within walking distance. The breakfast was perfect. It was rather like brunch! What I especially liked was the personnel. They very friendly, very helpful and were always smiling :))

. The surrounding neighborhood street is emerging, some graffiti etc. I did not feel unsafe but this may concern some.

It is close to the metro line from the airport. It is within walking distance from Monastiraki square. My room was quiet with no noise from the street or the market. I am a solo woman traveller so I like a quiet place. I had a vignette room and it was very suitable for me. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was served in a room with a patio and was excellent with a wide variety of good quality food. The bathroom was small but big enough for me and the shower was good.

It is located on a side street which is a bit dingy with graffiti which is discouraging. However, the Hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice. So it was fine. I would happily stay here again.

The staff were exceptional in their service and helpfulness. The room was comfortable including aircon, a coffee machine, a balcony, and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast on the top floor was yummy, with a nice view. In terms of location, there are many restaurants and tourist areas nearby and it’s within walking distance of a train station (which goes directly to/from the airport).

The entrance of the hotel is narrow so you need to be careful to find the property when you arrive at night first. There are many nice restaurants and attractive private shops nearby. Also, Monastiraki Station is close to the hotel, just straight walk from the main street. I suddenly requested a late check-out the day before I left, but the staff helped me kindly. As other guests have commented, the breakfast here is so delicious that it's worth staying! It was a small room, but they cleaned it every day, and Nespresso coffee amenities were free, so overall it was very comfortable for me. I’d love to stay here next time again.

Location, location, location! Was able to walk to Pantheon, Acropolis, The Acropolis Museum, the subway, Monastiraki & Omonoia Square, many restaurants & stores. Liked the decor of the hotel, everyone was very helpful, and the cooked breakfast was great start to the day.

Just being picky - could open the windows but no views of the city, I did like the parrot mural soo..

Very well situated and staff is incredibly nice. Big thanks to the receptionist who was always open to talk and give us good tips on where to go. The room was well equipped with water, coffee, and tea as well as earplugs. Bed is comfortable and there is AC, which is essential as the room gets hot quickly. Breakfast is great with a variety of food and great people.

The first night was awful as a bunch of people on the outside was making a lot of noise. Outside our window is an abandonned building, and apparently young people or homeless people take it as a party place on the Saturday nights. It's not the hotel's fault but very unpleasant anyway. Nevertheless, glad we weren't on the street side as it gets very busy. A bit surprised that our room was literally where breakfast happened. Lucky for us we don't sleep late but we clearly couldn't have anyway.

Location near the center, 5min walking from monastiraki metro station / nice breakfast with good minute made options / reasonable price compared to others in same location

My room was next to breakfast kitchen, so you start earning some noise during preparation which starts from 6h30/7h / lift not directly from ground floor which can be an issue for people with mobility issues or with lots of luggage

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is on the edge of the Psiri district of Athens which has tons of great restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the major historical sites The staff could not have been nicer helping me to find good restaurants etc

My single room didn’t have a good view but because of that l didn’t hear any street traffic either
