It was immaculate and extremely clean loved it

We couldn’t get in at the entrance had no code it arrived at 3.10 pm check in was 3pm. I was really upset because we had just left another place and standing outside in the heat ringing and ringing no one answering. When I received the code for the entrance i was relieved and exhausted. We were with luggage and child on the street dumbfounded Sunday call centre was closed and had no phone contact I think that needs to change and the number made available for guests after hours . Please review that and add a number because it’s needed. Once in the lobby we got greeted by Panos the property manager he was apologetic and with a smile and afterwards came to our room with a bottle of wine and snacks. We would stay there again 100% and put the code issue behind us.

We booked 3 different apartments . The building is new and beautiful, all the 3 apartments were above our expectation, all have modern beautiful design, very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the needed facilities. The is no reception everything is by messages or email but I got response for every question before and during the stay , they reply in minutes and provide all information you ask for. There is a special application that you can order all kind of food during the stay- breakfast dinner etc.

The location is in a neighborhood which looks not so nice , there are some small shops in the street but eventually we found a lot of restaurants and a big supermarket in the main street about 5 minutes walk so it was fine

We were there in early April 2023. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great view of the neighbourhood, going \up the hill, from the balcony. No other high buildings on that side. The space was modern and well organized. Upstairs bedroom had it own washroom. Short walk to great bakeries or to get local or Halal groceries or wine. Good Coffee shop El Punto a block or two away. We arranged to meet taxis there, because they seemed to have trouble finding the front door of this place, using their mapping program.

If owner enters a pin point for finding the front door in the Google Maps and Apple Maps, taxi drivers will find it and not go to the other side of the building. Drapes on one side were touching the floor and will wear out faster on the bottom. It would have been nice to have a bloom and dustpan . downstairs toilet needed water jet adjusted so as not to sometimes spray out from under lid when flushed. main floor shower drained slowly - manager explained that this was due to narrow drain pipe below (older building that was renovated) and that they took extra cleaning measures as a result. Staff were happy to be told these things and likely fixed them by now.

I loved everything about my stay, from the ambience to the service—it was absolutely perfect. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say this was one of the best services I’ve experienced. Every request was promptly attended to. When our flight time changed, the staff graciously offered a late checkout and provided lockers to store our luggage, which was incredibly helpful. New towels were provided daily, and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeping team. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to others.

Loved everything

Modern, well maintained, spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable, light parking. Very different from what we seen in Greece before! Really very good and not expensive.

We were said that code for parking door is the same as entrance door one, but it was different. We had to call the call center to get correct code and had to block the street by our car for about 10 min. It was quite too hot in the apartment and we did not find any controls to change the temperature. We had to open the windows to cool down but it was noisy outside and difficult to sleep. The district is quite dirty and unpleasant. Metro line #1 is very old, dirty and crowded. You can reach the centre in 20 min, 10 min walk and 5 metro stops, but be ready for not so pleasant travel. We are ok with it!

The apartment was amazing! We wished we had a view of the acropolis as seen on booking Beds comfortable Showers amazing Netflix/tv Blinds

The glass tiles let a lot of light into both rooms from the hallway which is strange because rest of the apartment including the bedrooms had block out electric blinds!!! We couldn’t sleep well because of that very strange feature A bit hard to locate by taxi driver

The condo was spacious and clean. The balcony was nice to sit out in and enjoy the weather. The "hot" tub we kept cool since the weather was hot and it helped us cool down! The ability to order our taxi back to the airport and our hop on hop off tickets from the condo iPad was handy. Close proximity to the metro so it was easy to get to and from the busy hot spots!

We did not have a view of the Acropolis from our balcony. The pictures in the ad show you views from all the different apartment balconies and it would have been nice to know ours was not one of the Acropolis view ones.

Location, size of apartment, light and airy, secure, well laid out and equipped. Much bigger than we expected. Shower super powerful.

Quality of the bedding v poor. Sheets very rumpled on arrival and bed poorly made. Pillows lumpy. Sheets appeared ragged. Not changed during 4 days we stayed. Very put of keeping with the high standard of the rest of the apartment. Cleaner only visited once in 4 night stay. My husband was sleeping so she could not do the bedroom but as she didn't bring clean sheets I don't think she was going to change them anyway.

Large comfortable apartment, clean and tidy, in a totally renovated block of flats that has been converted to a small hotel. Very modern feeling, spacious, 2 balconies in the specific unit I stayed, on-site mini gym available. "Kato Patisia" metro station is conveniently located 400 metres from the apartment. All in all, great value and a very enjoyable stay!

The whole area is not touristy, or particularly attractive, but this was known in advance. It is ok though and has lots of shops nearby. Had this been more central, the price would have been twice as high and then some.

Location wise was great. Not far at all from the metro. We felt we were in quite a fancy apartment block amongst and old town area. The views from our balcony were stunning, we could clearly see the Acropolis during night and day. I was a bit weary of going for walks at night so I wouldn’t recommend going alone. There are very cute local Greek restaurants close by, some open til 1am, so if you go as a group or with partner it should be alright. We saw police patrolling at night too which made it feel slightly safer. Not far from master souvlaki where we tried our first gyros and was gorgeous. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We had 2 bathrooms which I hear is great for successful marriages :D. Me and my partner took a bathroom each. I found it easy to get a hold of staff if I needed to, we checked in quite late at night. I was able to get in touch with staff via WhatsApp who answered instantly. Cleaners come every 2 days which I thought was really helpful. The apartment was cosy and stylish. Air con is a must during hotter months. Very spacious, cool spiral stairs! We were on the very top floor so again views were stunning. The bed was so comfy! My fave after a very long day of walking.

Not a lot. Lux and Easy have multiple sites in Athens so make sure you are getting the correct one. We missed not having a long mirror (to see our full outfits)! The air con in the bedroom didn’t work the same as the air con downstairs but we managed to make do.
