Nicholas Point Apartments are located at walking distance from Aghios Eleftherios and Kato Patissia metro stations making it very convenient to explore Athens—especially iconic sites like the Acropolis. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay feel like home. We also appreciated the nearby supermarkets and local eateries, particularly Martini’s Kitchen Restaurant (Maptinhe), which was a great spot for very tasty authentic Greek food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to George here for treating us with lots of love and care and also guiding us for the down-town tour. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts, Nick and Betty. They were incredibly helpful—providing detailed guidance on local attractions, offering tips for getting around the city, and even helping us book a taxi to the airport. Their warm hospitality and personal attention made a big difference in our experience.

The studio was very well set up with good quality things. This is the second time I book in Nicholas Point Appartment. The first time a one bed (with my husband)and this time a studio on my own. They are both very good places for short stays. Check in and out are straight forward. It is very well located, close to the green line that allows for excellent connections only a few stations away and allows you to get to Pireous Port easily. It is in a very local neighbourhood with supermarkets, coffee shops and other shops close to it. I was glad we found this place. In addition, it was easy for me to go to KTEL station when I got back on my own.

We were very close to metro stations, and we appreciate staying out of the Center of tourism to get to experience more local friendliness. Special shout out to the woman who opens KE on the main road each morning - she taught us officially the first 2 words we have learned in Greek, and we appreciated her patience as we practiced! Apartments are well stocked, very clean, and the owners were very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms to add a night to our stay.

The smell in the apartment on the “0” floor was a little odd one day but other than that, nothing.

Property was very clean, air conditioning was functioning well and there was always hot water. They provided towels and some basic necessities like soaps. It was very easy to get in on the first day and they have clear instructions for how to check our or anything else you need. It is 5 minutes by foot from a metro stop which is a great and 6 stops away from the center (~around 12 minutes). Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful and very well mannered.

The wifi was not as strong so there no signal in most areas. Biggest problem was the mosquitos. We could understand the owners tried to battle it by using nets on the balcony doors etc but although we didnt leave anything open they kept coming. Fumitox would be great. It would be great to have some more variety in amenities like hair cream or toothpaste but that is entirely an extra suggestion which is not necessarily required.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of shops and local amenities close by. Metro stations and bus routes are just a few minutes walk away, so the rest of the city is easily accessible. The apartment is clean, bright, stylish, comfortable, and well equipped for a short stay. The owners and staff are fabulous - very communicative, attentive, friendly and helpful.

A compact, well-featured, comfortable, super-clean, secure studio, in a great location, close to Metro and bus transport, looked after by very efficient and friendly managers.

Wi-Fi signal strength / connection consistency was initially very poor, although the management arranged to get a technician to successfully solve the problem.

The flat is good and clean. The location is OK, not central, central but easy to get around by bus or metro. The neighbourhood is safe however we thought that the view from the balcony would be better than facing the neighbours in the flats across the road.

I wish the host told us beforehand that the stove wasn't working because we bought groceries that we couldn't cook and we were not prepared with other food that could have been consumed at such unpopular hours, late at night and early in the morning.

Team exceptionally attentive and responsive, promptly addressing every request. Excellent customer service which ensured a smooth booking experience.

The apartment was a home away from home with everything you needed and plenty of shops nearby.

It’s not in the centre of the city but a bit of a walk to the metro and a comfortable 20 minutes metro ride to Syntagma, which we didn’t mind as we were on holiday.

We arrived late in the evening, the self check-in procedure was very easy to follow. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and air conditioner. It is ok for a 1 night stay in Athens, the price is cheap.

The air conditioner didn't seem to have enough power to decrease the temperature. If you arrive late in the evening, it is almost impossible to find a free parking place in the neighborhood.
