The room was exceptional in every aspect and good value for money. Very clean, had everything we needed. The staff was very polite and helpful. Would recomend the hotel for a comfortable stay but not for food.

The food at the roof top bar was terrible. We were very tired after our long flight to Athens and we thought since we saw that the hotel was wonderful that the food would be too however we were shocked as to how bad the food was. We ordered two pastas that was on the menu and both were bad so we sent them back. They didn’t even ask why we sent them back and them we ordered a club sandwich thinking that at least it is simple and we are extremely hungry after our journey but again it wasn’t good only the fried potatoes were good to eat. It is a shame because the hotel is superb and if the food was good too then overall the hotel would we exceptional.

Amazing roof-top bar with pool, quiet and nice location with convenient public transport means to get to any destination in the city. The hotel has a modern and eco-friendly design and amazing breakfasts! It's a perfect choice for those who like experiencing living in a regular neighborhood that is a bit remote from tourist spots and overcrowded tourist areas.

#1 The fact that they charge their guest for parking spots....the hotel is not a cheap one so it is kind of expected that parking spot is included in the price ( like in many other hotels) #2 Our room was on the first floor and windows faced the patio where people have breakfast and starting from 7 am we heard noises of kitchen staff preparing this area for breakfast

The breakfast boxes you can get when checking out early were not good. Airport shuttle service costed more than agreed upon at the hotel.

Hotel is new, clean, staff friendly. Beds are comfortable and due to the location minimum noise from outside. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar.

Unfortunately, you can hear everything going on in the corridor plus in the next room - the soundproofing is not good. The room is small - suitable for one or two nights. There is nothing in the minibar - only water. You have a kettle for tea but there are no cups for tea etc etc. Breakfast needs to improve (although for Greece it is probably good - not up to European standards) - you are not hungry but also not happy. It's a shame the hotel doesn't respond and read feedback to improve on this. Also the food in the rooftop bar is mediocre! This also needs to be improved. Service in the bar nice however on New Year's Eve they absolutely did not run and it is a really small bar. It is obvious that the staff are not trained. They try to make up for it by being nice.

People are very friendly and are always trying to help you with everything. The room was nice and super clean. Food was good and prices reasonable.

- Breakfast was always the same and it was a bit tiring after a week. - smoking is allowed near the pool and people near the pool are chain smoking all the time. This made staying there quite annoying. - There's no way to get some shadow if you're on your sunbed. - the view from the room was meh. The balcony is surprisingly very large but only a small table with an ashtray is there. Even a slightly bigger table where you can maybe eat there would have been quite good.

Great style and design of the room and hotel. Comfortable bed. The king size room is huge, well equipped, and has 2 bathrooms. Nice view over the city from the room and roof bar.

Service at the roof bar / pool was a bit slow. Sushi was okey, but nothing special.

The services could be better. The food wasn't great and pretty overpriced. None of the coctails were amazing. Overall the drinks and food could use improvements.

The hotel is overall very beautiful and feels premium. It’s located in a quiet area very close to the metro. There are affordable supermarkets nearby and even a pharmacy right across the street. The room was spacious, and breakfast was tasty — although there was very little variation and they served the exact same food every day, for a 5-star hotel, I expected more.

I didn’t like that during my entire 4-night stay, they only gave me two small bottles of water, and any additional ones were charged. They also didn’t offer to restock toilet paper, which is a basic necessity. It’s frustrating to be charged for such essentials when the stay is already quite expensive. Another issue was that there is only one elevator in the whole hotel, which meant long waiting times — not very convenient. Overall, the hotel is nice, but in my opinion, it’s not worth what I paid

Lovely roof terrace. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, every good shower. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and a range of areas to sit in. The food on the roof top was good. Amazing cocktails. Very close to the metro. Free water bottles in the room, topped up daily. Very large balcony. Good recommendation of a local restaurant from the hotel. We loved the food and service at the restaurant.

There were only 6 sunbeds. You had to book them via reception. We had no problem getting the times we wanted but we think that might have been because people weren’t advised of this. We weren’t told about booking, we asked. There was no aircon. It was a cooling system but never got cold enough for me. Quite a way out of Athens center. Though close to the metro and taxis were very reasonable. Didn’t seem to be a shop anywhere close for room provisions. The view from the balcony wasn’t great. Lovely hotel but quite pricey.

The Green Suites Boutique Hotel is a very outstanding hotel in an area which you might not expect. Due to its new construction and high building, the top floor with bar, pool and terrasse allows a beautiful view on Athens. The room is comfortable and with many details designed. Congratulations to the Interior Architect. Good job! Friendly people and large variety of breakfast. Having an outside garden in the morning coffee, is another benefit you might not expect. Also highly appreciated: the lower parking decks to reach with a parking lift --> Try to get access instructions BEFORE you arrive! Really great hotel and want to recommend. Vincent

At arrival I was not informed about the parking lift. You need to drive with the car inside the lift, the doors open automatically and close. Having no instruction beforehand, you might get stacked. Get informed before! A hint at the booking/reservation would have been very helpful.
