the actual hotel is beautiful and the location was very good. Staff were lovely and helpful.

They charge to residents 40 euros per sunbed set (2 sunbeds without even an umbrella) FOR 4 HOURS!! between 10am and 2pm! if you want to stay longer you pay another 40 euros! I have travelled in at least 20 countries and never before have I experienced this! Especially when the advertise a pool as a facility! it should be free for residents! similarly, they advertise parking facilities but it costs 17 euros a day. So overall, the facilities are there but you need to pay another 97 euros per day if you want sunbeds and parking.

Hotel is lovely, ie decor, furnishings, rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, very good choice. Location was good.

Had to pay to use a sunlounger by the pool and also the gym. Never had to pay for a sunlounger as a guest at a hotel ever before. There was a member of staff poolside who was constantly on at guests. The minute you arrived at the pool, you were asked "have you paid" Guests told they couldn't lay by the pool, couldn't have a towel by the pool, could only sit at the table and chairs if they purchased something.

Very clean. Pool was a good size especially for peak hours. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very central. Everything was good and great value for money.

Whilst paying to stay at the hotel one needed to pay for the deckchairs by the pool at a cost of 10€ per sun-bed. Then again, if renting the sun-beds they had no umbrella and were exposed to the sun all day. If a sun-bed is not rented there is the possibility to stay sitting down on tables.

The location and the staff members were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was a real good value for money with great choice of breakfast

The bathroom shower was my least favourite as the position of the shower head wasn’t a pleasant experience. In a huge bathroom the portion of the shower and shower head can be much better as the shower went satisfactory . Also the position of the aircon and its efficiency during hot and humid night wasn’t the best hence ended up opening the window when running the aircon only on fan which didn’t really served the purpose. The hotel have a nice swimming pool but closes at 7 pm and you have to book sunbed hence we never had the chance to go to the pool as tourist days were more packed with sightseeing seeing and while pool closed at 7 it wasn’t a great thing to have in the hotel .

Great breakfast, EXTREMELY clean, and in a great location close to shops and public transportation.

We've stayed there before, a few times, but it didn't feel as welcoming this time. They knocked on our door at 7am the day after we arrived waking us up for something that they had forgotten. They called our friends in the room twice within a few hours for a bill that they had forgotten to charge, which seemed a bit pushy. Staff at the pool seemed a bit too overwhelmed at times. Food at the pool is really good and tasty but seriously overpriced. We weren't allowed to sit in a couple of places at the hotel, which is fair enough, but the way they told us was borderline rude. Overall, this time, it seemed a bit too impersonal rather than welcoming.

Spacious and very clean room.

Breakfast needs improvement, It caters for big groups but even so, food needs to be decent and fresh. Pastries were microwaved, juices weren't fresh and the coffee was abysmal.

- The location is nice, close to the metro and buses - The pool on the roof is lovely (go in the morning to avoid the evening rush). Too bad it opens later (10:00) and closes at 19:00 during the summer. Having it open at 09:00 until 20:00 would be nice, instead of 10:00-19:00. - The staff are professional and kind - The breakfast is nice

- The staff are encouraged to frequently ask you to consume when you are sitting around the pool or sitting anywhere else in the hotel. I understand they are asked to do this, but it's a bit intrusive and annoying to be asked about this frequently.

This is a big hotel very close to the centre of Athens. It is approximately 10 mins away (by taxi) to the Acropolis area, and 25/30 mins away from the airport. The staff at the reception is kind to help with any needings, most of the rooms from the 5th floor upwards have a nice view. The reception area is clean and offers nice sofas and a piano. The rooftop pool is probably a very relevant extra, you can enjoy an amazing view of the city and have a special lunch. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, modern, good wifi and comfortable bed. The cleaning team is also very efficient. Breakfast might be packed over the weekend especially in summer, but after a short queue it was possible to access it. Price/quality great. I would reccommend.

Great location. Close to supermarkets & other shops. Easy to get to bus & metro nearby. Not loud area. Bedrooms were very well soundproofed. Pool was great. Rooftop area was a great design. Food at rooftop was so so good. Staff were lovely. Lounges were gorgeous. Food was fantastic. We stayed at “Divani Caravel Hotel” a few days later which was more expensive & nowhere near as good as this. Wish we came back here again for that final night instead.

Air-con was quite weak…needs to be looked at. Shampoo & conditioner was provided as a mix - I like them separate, but this is just personal preference.

Room Space was good and the hotel is thery quiet. clean hotel in a good position. beautiful top roof with swimmingpool and bar. Front desk kind and fast serving the guests. Check in and check out very rapid.,

Gym and swimmingpool (you can swim but you have to Pay for laydowm on the sunbad and get a towel.) are not complementary. Time for use is very limited. From 1000am to 0700pm. If you are there for work.. . No way to use it. Breakfast Should be improved. Thery few fresh fruit selection with people waiting in line to get it and fresh juices seems to be (not sure) not fresh but bottled industrial ones.
