A newly renovated building. Might have been brand new even. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking (pans, pot, glasses, electric kettle, dish soap, etc). They had paper towels which was nice and not something you see on other places. Everything was new as well, some things were unused even. Ah right, everything was clean too. It's a self check in, so you talk with the host beforehand via booking messages or whatsapp (host was quite nice) and they will give you a code to open a little lockbox just besides the door. Once you checkout you leave the key on this same lockbox (Might have to jiggle it a bit but it will fit, try to practice beforehand not the day you leave for the ferries haha). They will also give you the building door code (btw, when arriving look for the WYZ sign inside the building). It's connected to the city center (Athens) by a tram/bus and one metro ride. Total travel time is around 35 minutes iirc. Places in Athens itself were expensive and not that great so this is a great alternative if you're leaving for the islands after some days in Athens. It will work fine for that. Something to remember though, both the tram and the bus stop near the hotel and near the metro station, but the tram is a loop line so it will take you from the hotel to the station, but you're better off taking the bus on the way back. Check google maps for more info. You can see the Piraeus is close by, but if you got luggage you might still want to take a taxi. Download Freenow and order the taxi in there, and you'll arrive to the port in like 7 minutes for like 7 euros. I attached some pictures we took. We arrived late at night, so that's when I took the pictures but the studio is quite illuminated (natural light, I mean) during the day. So, in summary, we had an amazing stay and would certainly return!

The accomodation is amazing!

The only disadvantage of the room I stayed in - the noise from outside when the window is open. As the building is located on a busy street - there are lots of transport, so it may be noisy when the balcony is open. But the advantages of the apartment, its price and location make this small issue not a big deal as for the rest the apartment is amazing, and especially for such a good price.

Very nice stay, very supportive staff ( replies came also late in the night on whatsapp ), close to super markets and overall meetings I had to do. Surely I will be back again, suggested for who as in my case is travelling for job and likes the apartment option.

The apartment was very comfortable and luxury. We traveled with our babies and there were all the facilities to have a nice stay. There were everything you need to cook for the kids, you could do laundry in any time. The owner was very helpful in any time you needed. It was a 5 star stay! 😊😊

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

It was all very good and comfortable. It has all the facilities you need to cook and to do laundry because these are the main needs when you travel with babies. The owner of the property was very helpful, in anytime we needed we could contact him/her via whatsapp.

It should have the necessary tools to do the cleaning of the apartment by yourself during your stay, at least for reservations more than 2 nights.

I stayed in many places in athens and this is so far my favorite. Everything is so well done and nicely decorated. And the bed was so good. The pillows they have here are better than any other place.

It be amazing if they also had a washing machine here. For staying many days it is a necessity.

We liked the comfort, the room was clean, the apartment is modern, nice looking and well equipped. It is relatively close to Piraeus harbour. The staff was supporting and helpful.

The distance from Athen's city centre is cca 45 min, from which 20min walking and 25 subways. Takes too long to make more than 1 city centre visit per day. Too distanced from the airport, so in case of late arrival the only practical option is taxi (70 eur) since the subway is closed.

Clean and tidy and great central location. Local amenities including restaurants and bars are near by and public transportation is super close. Staff answered questions promptly and very kindly. View was nice.

The room was facing the main street and was rather noisy when window was kept open. Free parking is difficult, nearly impossible, to find so a private one needs to be paid/ booked.

We were upgraded to the room on the very top with a Large roof top view over the city. From a distance we could see the Acropolis and the Mediterranean. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to access public transportation and restaurants. Soundproof room

no seating area inside, but if the weather is great you will want to be outside on the Large roof top patio

It was a good area with lots of shops and coffee places as well as nightlife.Clean,safe and had everything you needed except one thing...slippers as I think it's something one needs when the floor has no carpets around But either than that loved it.will definition come again
