Great garden and colors of the room. Confortable bed and pillows. Has own private parking and it's great. Very clean facilities. We would go back.

The sheets and cover bed are white, and it's great, but difficult to maintain perfect white, so had 1-2 minor stains. There is a hotel with pool near by that has sometimes live music, and I could hear it from the room. However, by 11-12 they would close down the music and we had no troubles sleeping. Also, if other guests are in the garden or on their teraces, you can hear them, but I guess this is everywhere. Overall a quite place, far from the buzzling of the crowded street or clubs.

The property featured a very beautiful garden with a gazebo in which we could gather in the evenings. Konstantinos (the owner) was very friendly and truly cared about his guests. The homemade wine was delicious. Our two apartments were cleaned daily which we really appreciated. Location was great, just one minute away from the main street of Platanias. There is an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. There is even a post office and superb bakery a few steps away. Wireless Internet was spotless. I’d definitely return here again in the future!

Our apartments were located on the basement level (N6 and N7). In both, there was a strong musty smell when the cupboard under the kitchen sink was opened. The dampness makes its presence felt. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited but completely sufficient for us. In the evenings, noise from another hotel nearby entered the rooms, so if you like to go to bed early and have a light sleep, I recommend taking earplugs.

The location is near the center of Platanias (25 minutes walk) and very near to the beach and the main street - however, it is a silent place. The host was very helpful - he offered us whatever information we needed and we asked him, he made reservations for us (taxi from and to the airport or organized trips on the island). The host also offered us some local wine and raki ”on the house”. The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily (except Sunday). There is a fabulous garden we could admire from the terrace.

Everything was perfect. Maybe, the speed of the internet might be improved - there were moments when the internet speed was pretty low.

Everything was great. We had everything we needed. The room was very clean. They were cleaning it every day. The owner was very kind. He kept asking us if everything was ok. He even managed to add an extra bed for us to sleep comfortably with our baby girl. The kitchenette was well equipped. The owner even offered us some wine and ouzo. The location is also excellent, everything you may need is right there. It's also very close to nice beach. I totally recommend it 👌 👍 😄

Wonderful warm welcome 🙏 from the owner Konstantinos. The complimentary wine and grappa was a nice touch 👌 It lasted us all week!! Excellent location. Under 10mins walk to the sea and superb array of shops and restaurants. Bus stop to Chania is very close too! Our apartment and balcony was spacious! We have to say, we have stayed in many places, but I rate Stamatakis as one of the cleanest and well maintained. Thank you Team Konstantinos 👍

Nothing not to like.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my daughter and it was a fantastic experience for both of us. The hostess was incredibly nice, friendly, and very accommodating, making us both feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully maintained, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. My daughter and I both felt truly at ease throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

Location was convenient to travel around Chania town and the west coast with a car, where the most famous beaches are located. The owner was very kind and welcoming. We had daily cleaning of the room. Evharisto poli, Konstantinos! Our room was at the parter so relatively cool during July heat. Room is well-equipped if you wish to cook at home. Vey nice and well-maintained garden in front of the house. In case you prefer to stay around the city there is convenient public bus.

Location was perfect, near al the restaurants en the beach. The host (konstantinos) was very nice. We were travelling with a baby and had a nice bed for the baby and we could take an umbrella for the beach. Konstantinos had some good recommandations and asked multiple times if we and the baby were oke and if we needed anything. One night the power went out in our studio and he supplied us with hot water for the baby, a candle and a gasburner for heating stuff up, the next morning the electricity was fixed. We will surely come back here.

Very close to the beach and to all activities in Platanias. Everything is at walking distance. In addition, not being on the main road makes it more peaceful and silent. Konstantinos is very helpful and always available and taking care of the small details and needs

Starting from a welcome complimentary bottle of homemade wine and grappa (made by Costantino). The room was simply decorated but cozy. The veranda looking like a beautiful garden is a plus! We enjoyed feeling at home away from home! Fausto & Karina
